Came in on Saturday, Nov 25, during the Parade of Lights, and just have to say that this Starbucks team ran a tight ship! ? Sure, there was definitely a wait time, but considering there was easily 100 people waiting for drinks, the speed and efficiency was incredible. As someone who works in a couple of restaurants and deals with lots of (smaller) rushes and online orders, I was shocked at how fast orders were going out. I'm sure the team didn't get enough appreciation from most customers that night, but honestly, you all killed it. I hope you all get some type of recognition or treat or something, because you all deserved it!

Extremely slow service. As an experienced Starbucks shopper, this is by far the slowest chain I’ve been to across North America. We ordered a regular coffee and a shaken espresso, and it took them 18min to make. We could go to a restaurant and get our food faster than this.

Went in during a regular busy moment took over 20 minutes for one latte when others got served ahead and baristas moved very slowly. I work at a coffee shop myself and am barista with the same amount customer business that this place received and have never had anyone wait that long for
They hate unhoused people using their bathrooms so much that they will rage music at you at full volume to the point I was overstimulated and cried while trying to stand in line for a coffee. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work at this location. I have worked at Starbucks in the past and this location is genuinely awful.

Lovely Starbucks. Very pretty. Very kind hosts. Lovely bathrooms. We stopped in so I could buy my Atlantic Canada mug (I love those Been There mugs!) and my husband wanted to use the bathroom since we were left off at the public gardens for an hour by our bus tour.

We are here from Vancouver, not used to no one smiles during service. If we asked question, staff shows their disapproval of being bothered. I have been all over csnada and this is the worse starbucks service wise I have encountered. We went twice as no other close to our hotel, even took cab. This is how much we love starbucks. Yet this was horrible, unfriendly and never go back
