Customer service is very poor and are rude to customers. I bought my food and wanted to use washroom to wash my hands but they locked the doors to the washroom and said that I’m only allowed to use washroom if my total bill is above $50. This is so wrong.

We ordered two sandwiches from the Robie Street location. I have never been so disgusted as I am after receiving a mess. I will rate a one star. Just look at my photos of what this Subway thinks of its customers. A very sloppy sandwich. Unacceptable service after paying $36.00 for this scrappy prepared sandwich. They even cheaped us out on the cheese in their so-called steak and cheese sandwich. I will never again choose Subway, they do not deserve my money.Steve G.

Was ok subway, nothing special and not super friendly. Location can be hard to access, small tight parking lot.
This place is a health code violation leaking water from the ceiling landing on the food and dripping on the floor makes for poor food and working environment. Plus i came here for my 2$ off any subway sandwhich and it was declined. This deserves 1 star!

Came in around 10:00pm tonight and had the best experience. Didn’t catch the employees name but he was dynamite, mopping the floors, making Uber orders and giving us lovely customer service at the same time. he was so pleasant and funny, genuinely happy dude. The subs were A+. That guy is the best!!!

This is a well located Subway in the North End where we don't have a lot of take out options or good restaurants. Always clean, good service and great Subs! We don't go often because of the cost, but this is our spot for SubWay! Enjoy!Vegetarian options: Lots of options check out the menu!Kid-friendliness: Kids packs, tables and chairs, not sure about high chairs!Wheelchair accessibility: ♿ parking and there is a low curb to get in.Dietary restrictions: Well you choose from a huge range of veggies, cheese, breads, and sauces, so it's pretty easy for dietary restrictions. They did have gluten free subs, I'm not sure if still available. They do offer rice wraps now. That's something to call about and double check.

The heat in this store is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! A/C nit on for customers and especially workers. With the toasters & oven it's disgustingly over heated. No one should have to work in these unhealthy heat wave conditions for minimum wage. The amount of flies & fruit flies everywhere is also disgusting.
