I'm disappointed that chopped salads are no longer available to order. I still was able to order a salad, as they cut the tomatoes and cucumbers. What upset me the most... Was the 8 leaves of baby spinach.... How are you supposed to call it a salad, if there are only 8 leaves. I know there's been inflation, but this brings it to a whole new level of charging the same, but giving less product. $15.00 for a snack sized salad and fountain soda. If this is the amount of baby spinach and veggies you are willing to put into your salads, at least have the price reflect the limited quantities of veggies.My daughter who ordered a sub, had more vegetables on her sub, then I had in my salad. The worker also looked disturbed that I even tried to order a salad, like it was too much work to throw a few veggies into a bowl and call it a day.This is probably the last time that I eat from Subway, and definitely the Subway in Bayers Lake.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant, sub sandwiches are not an option for me.

This restaurant was very well designed words can’t even describe how great it was the people were very friendly the cookies were great I love the booths so comfortable the drinks were working just fine and we’re sooooo good this Subway has the best crunchy crisp ice soooo good and not to mention how great the service was it was great so good I definitely give this restaurant 5 stars

I can’t explain in words how lovely this subway is, AMAZING service- SO friendly, great parking The BEST food, the music- WOO, the chips are crispy, the bread is fresh, the cookies MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE, the drinks also fresh- crunchy ice! I LOVE CRUNCHY ICE, the soup SO WARM! The building is SO CLEAN AND NEW! SO DEFINITELY go check this NEW update subway! Trust me you WONT regret.Parking: Lovely, easy to get intoWheelchair accessibility: There is a seat just made for people in wheelchairs and the table are spaced out very nice, this makes it easy to get in and out!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My wife and I each got a sandwich, and she got a drink with hers. All 3 of the soft drinks she wanted in the machine were not filled in the machine, completely empty. One was to the point it came out completely clear (dr pepper). The bathrooms were the messiest we have ever seen. My sandwich barely had any cheese, and the garlic aioli seemed watery and didn’t even taste like garlic. My wife’s sandwich barely had any sauce at all. On top of the issues we had, I had to wait long after my wife’s sandwich was done to be served, and the service person came back and said “oh sorry I figured someone else would have helped you by now”. Will not be coming back.

The wrap I ordered was appalling. Who in their right mind puts pickles and sriracha together and thinks that okay for when someone orders a chicken bacon Ceasar wrap....why where there pickles on my wrap!!!

Ever get the feeling you just arrived at a place at the wrong time?We arrived the evening of sept 6th and ordered take-out. While we didn’t really experience any issue with our order a couple of the staff were openly dismissive and mocking of the customers ahead of us. As someone who works in customer service I know that after a whole shift it can be hard to be polite but there isn’t any excuse when the customers your serving are being kind and patient and are tolerating your terrible attitude. I will say there appeared to be a new employee in training who was friendly and polite although there were two employees (one tall masculine fellow was wearing a hat that said “Jess”) who rolled their eyes and spoke down to the customers. I feel bad for those who came before and after- a bummer. Hope everyone has a better day!

Went to this location for lunch as it is close to my place of work. I frequent this location but my last few encounters I wasn't overly happy with. Service is fine but the vegetables are far from fresh. You can see the frost build up on the containers which makes the cucumbers soggy and almost transparent , the spinach was mushy the lettuce brown just not FRESH as they all advertise. I asked for quacamole turkey smash with bacon, purchased the meal. Get back to my office no quacamole and not fresh vegetables. Not happy for the price you pay, at least vegetable could be fresh especially at the busiest time of the day. Sent off an email about this same issue before.

They are featuring the avocado Greek, advertising it all over the place. I ordered the vegan on flatbread. You stand in line and then when you get to that section, out of avocados, and out of the Greek dressing. Their excuse is "it's a time limited" special. I noticed as well that lettuce is brown and spinach is limp. This is at lunch time. Take down the sandwich boards as you are out of supplies. Don't serve old lettuce and spinach!!
