Punjabi Employee who works there doesn’t know how to treat customers. He think he is giving food for free. We are paying for food, and they are suppose to treat us properly. They are always on phone and don’t even care about customer. Such a disgusting employees.

Service is super hit or miss. Watch very carefully how they make your sub and speak up when they are rushing you or brushing you off. Got someone to get a sub for me there because I can't leave the house right now. It was a veggie sub. Found a big hunk of chopped meat in the wrapper. Also, despite him asking for them to put lettuce... there's pretty much none. It's like bread and sauce. Unfortunately, I recently had surgery and can't leave the house, so I couldn't go back and show them, otherwise I would have.

Hugo is absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help me and was so friendly the entire time!!! He deserves the world, and a raise too haha!!!!!

I hadn't eaten at Subway for many years and decided to give it a try. The staff were extremely friendly and even though it was lunch time and very busy I didnt feel rushed. The choices have changed a lot since I was in last and the man at the counter suggested the rotisserie chicken... and it was amazing.The restaurant itself was clean and the bathrooms were good as well.

Many subway employees give me a hard time because I am somewhat particular about heating certain components of my sub.... but today the gentleman serving me was great. The sub itself was the same as always, pretty ok haha... Subway quinpool, Monday Jan 27th closing shift. Give this fellow a raise.
