Did take out, salads brown on bottom, poutine had no flavour, apple pie was underwhelming, food was 10 min past pickup time. Chicken rolls were decent but small, coconut pie was the winner out of a $75 family meal. Maybe when I’m old and stomach can’t handle flavour, seasoning, and want to throw money away I’ll eat Swiss Chalet again.

The fries were hard and had no flavor today. Really unusual. We have always found the fries to be amazing. This is the first time that none of us ate them. The waitress was very kind to get us more to try but they were the same. Wondering if the oil is different of if they were just old. Be interesting to hear if anyone else had the same experience.

We tried this chain establishment for the first time, the service was excellent, everything inside was clean and pleasant, you can watch sporting events, everything was delicious from the food served, however, the ribs and chicken were delivered to our table literally in 10 minutes, respectively, all the dishes were warmed up or lay in the closet to warm up, but after 5-7 minutes they were already cold and this is the main disadvantage

Had two quarter chicken dinners and crispy chicken tenders with mini-donuts for dessert. Everything was delicious. Tried the seasoned fries which were good but I think I like the regular ones better. The three of us split the mini-donuts with caramel sauce for dessert and it we LOVED them! So yummy and plenty for us to share. Would definitely recommend those!

We've only ever had one bad experience here and it was when they were overflowing with customers. The staff is always friendly and helpful though.Their take out service doesn't get used much in our house, but it's handy to have available and judging by the line of cars that are often in the drive through lane lots of other people take advantage.COVID protocols are quite good here.Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty easy to maneuver a wheel chair around. The staff are very helpful with them too.

Sorry to say but we had a bad experience there. We had booked for 12 and had 2 extra parents who wanted to stay. The restaurant was emptying out. The waitress was unpleasant and unaccommodating. We arrived at 6:00 surrounded by empty tables- but she wouldn’t let us have an extra table until 6:30. She took our order at7:00 food arrived cold at 8:00, the service was cranky and unpleasant. We didn’t get our bills until 9:15. And some of them were mixed up. It took 30 mins to pay- I got home at 10:00 pm. I waited on tables for years - I’ve never seen anything quite this bad. We used to like going here. But we decided to never go back here again. The service was that unpleasant.

Pleasant staff. Fast and attentive service. Food is tasty and fresh so would give it a good rating for the fast food industry. Nice music in the background but could still easily carry on a conversation.
