4:35pm 03/11/2024. Rude staff. Visibly+audibly talking about my drink order as a source of amusement (in a language they think I don't understand) just because I like my iced coffee in a specific way. Sometimes, I honestly don't even think these feedback surveys do anything to improve the service. Every time it's either my small additions (oat milk) are too inconvenient for the cashier or made to be the butt of the joke.

Rude staff..they dont know how to speak with coustmers and everytime make wrong orders…just done with this tim hortons…they just care about their drive thru timer not serious about food and their service…please listen carefully to coustmers orders and make them properly …everytime you guys are in hurry and always messed up with food..

The owner and I have already had a chat about ice caps not getting made properly, when they give you one after the machine is cleaned it looks like a ghost doesn’t look or taste like an ice cap and when is too much concentrate makes you sick I had three ice caps made for me today and I threw them all out the owner said she wouldn’t fix this but yet has to be fixed. Don’t wanna go to another store but it looks like that’s the way it’s getting. Now it’s Tuesday. I got my coffee and my medium ice cap first thing in the morning no problem Jay knows what he’s doing here it is 835. I paid for another ice cap. And it’s full of concentrate so I’m sorry, but I’m done with Tim Hortons on Herring Cove Road. The owner said she would look after it and it never happened. It’s getting worse. Tim Hortons, confirm your orders.!!! I don’t want to pay seven dollars for a small iced Capp and I ordered one small iced Capp before but he gave me two and I told him I ordered one you should’ve seen the look on his face and he still charge me for the two he was too afraid to tell me the store needs work big time

I expect when I buy an iced cap ( and they are not cheap) that you would fill the cup to the rim and not rip me off with 3/4 cup. I don't mind paying but don't cheat me.

Never had such a bad experience in a tim hortons before. Its always frustrating that getting wrong tea but it is acceptable that people make mistakes but today I bought tea from this Tim hortons which has no sugar and was tasting terrible while the lady in drive through was fighting with me for asking a replacement for the tea and she was offering a bunch of sugar packets for the tea i bought nearly one hour ago.And there is no surprise after seeing the reviews, i think this tim Hortons should seriously think about training their staff about good customer service.

I used to get good service at this location however the last year it has been TERRIBLE. I can't count how many times they've screwed up my order after repeating myself 5 times. I do not recommend this location.
says open 24 hrs but it isn’t actually open 24 hrs other than drive thru. I work at the nursing home and get off at 11 and was starving. change hours if they’re not true.

April dawn is a horrible lady .She doesn’t even know how to treat their employees. She misbehaved with my friend who used to work at their tim . She didn’t even gave her necessary documents which she needed them . My friend had to leave the tim because of the unprofessionalism and rude behaviour of April dawn and her so cold two managers .April dawn must be eating Rats in her dinner that’s why she speaks and looks like a fox?♀️?♀️

This tim Hortons has got to be the slowest Tim's ever and today i asked them for a simply sausage on a bagel and had to ask 5 times before they got it got back to the car and it was completely wrong get your stuff together this is pathetic
