Today, I ordered Cheese Croissant grilled with butter from tims - In store - 6034 Lady Hammond Rd, and this is what i got. A burnt croissant from both sides..The person giving a burnt croissant to a customer can't be loyal to the organization and doesn't care about tims reputation obviously. I request tims officials to check for such employees and make sure that they do not play with your aura.. Check the CCTV of store and I am sure there will be an eye opening reality of the employees you have hired and their services in your name..Tip to other customers - if you are ordering grilled or toasted food, check it there itself so that you are not cheated and your mood doesn't spoil..

Got a xl french vanilla and potato wedges with chipotle. Left the drive thru and they gave me a half full xl french vanilla and a half full potato wedges with no chipotle sauce. I've been here plenty of times where they messed up my order and I didn't complain I've simply had enough. Train your employees Tim Hortons is a joke nowadays. I will NOT be back.

I believe in giving everyone a chance but this Tims Horton along with most of them are just awful you got people working there that can’t speak English almost every single day I go there they get my order wrong then u go back and they got an attitude because they got my order wrong I’m done with Tim’s I will never be back in this store or drive threw so tired of wasting money on these places smittys coffee is ten times better anyways and I use to love this store so pissed I just order a medium double double come home to a black coffee smh

No one in line ahead of me, had to wait five mins for service. When the worker came I felt like an inconvenience, no hello or thank you, just a fine when I ordered. I felt bad for stopping ..

Probably one of the worst Tim hortons I’ve been to. Although I can acknowledge how hard the job. This was something else 2 errors in a simple 3 drink 3 snack order. Then when I had to go back up to the cash to get things fixed staff ignored me walking by for 3/4 minutes before asking how they can help. When I explained the errors in donuts, they gave me another wrong donut but at least fixed the drink.Parking and drive threw are also terrible!

Was having an afternoon coffee with a friend. I like Tim's coffee. There was a good selection of muffins and donuts. It wasn't really busy - no lines- but counter service took a bit. There were a lot of patrons at the tables. Fireplace is a nice touch for atmosphere.

My expectations of Halifax locations is so low it's pretty much non-existent. Tonight, the service was so low it had to create a new bar. How does somebody work at Tim Hortons and not know what a double double is?! I ordered a large Earl Grey tea double double and was asked how many milk to put in it along with the question of wanting a tea. I received a medium Earl Grey with milk and too much sugar. I also ordered a London Fog with almond milk which I shouldn't have because pulling almond milk from the fridge was too difficult, so regular milk was put in. The owner of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such incompetent employees who don't know the job or care about the job. After reading these reviews, I'd like to know how this restaurant is still open! Shame!

I had a tea and a bagel from this location and had food poisoning so bad I was throwing up the entire night. I almost had to go to the hospital. This store has the heat on way too high and is much dirtier than other locations. Please be careful having any dairy products. I’ve never had this happen at any other Tim hortons and I am not lactose intolerant

Staff have horrible attitudes, never get my order correct I always have to call after and tell them and they need training on customer service. I tried to give this times chances but 5th chance and I won’t be back nothing has changed.

Some staff at this location are doing their best and are incredibly sweet. I would avoid getting anything through mobile orders though.. I’ve stood at the pick up spot and waited anywhere from 5-20+ minutes for a drink, multiple times. My fault for thinking the service would get better but I was under the impression mobile orders would be faster or as fast as just going in and getting it.

without fail, incorrect order i ask for a double toasted bagel.. you will be lucky if its toasted at all.... this will happen every time at this location.
