This is one of the worst tim hortons in halifax. Zero customer service. They never have any croissant even in the morning. Its like they only make one batch. Half of their shelves are empty even during early morning. The staff who works there always make faces .

I made an order online to come to a meeting with sweets, 20 minutes later I arrived, the order was not ready and they didn’t even know about it. I was late for the meeting and the sweets didn’t bring me joy, the staff sucks ?

Well, I always buy birthday timbits from here but they are never coated with the birthday thing on it and same happened today and I went back and told them that they are never coated with birthday thing so the girl took them back and they all started arguing, in the meantime , white old lady she came back with fresh nice and coated timbits and she asked me if they look better now. I was so happy that she made them best for me otherwise the staff doesn’t care. I am rating 5 stars for her service.

This Tim Hortons, has to be the worst in the city. It's unfortunate with a bunch of older ladies that should be retired or Fired ? you have to continuously place your order to her the old lady with the glasses unbelievable all the foreign workers out work help total condescension or stupidity she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to not straightforward at all terrible location should be reported to head office.

my trips to this Tim Hortons are like a never-ending episode of consistency – just not the good kind. They've got a consistent talent for making faces, consistent with serving subpar food, and oh, consistent at never having things in stock. But the crown jewel of their consistency has to be their rude service.This tims being super close to my house, I don't have much choice but to visit this place when I need my coffee or breakfast. And every single time, it's like the server is secretly annoyed by every customers existence. Just today, I swung by the drive-through for my mobile order, and guess what? Two out of three items were out of stock so since they didn’t have what I wanted for my coffee, I decided to switch up my coffee order, they handed me the wrong one, and when I pointed it out, the guy just made a grumpy face, grabbed the coffee from my hand, and gave me the one I wanted – which, by the way, was way way too sweet. And this isn't a one-off thing, it's pretty much the norm. Tim Hortons should be a spot for a chill coffee and a quick bite, but this branch consistently falls short in delivering a pleasant experience.I can't help but wonder what the manager's deal is in all of this because It's just plain weird. I get it fast food service can have its screw-ups and jobs like these sucks, and getting the wrong order is not a big deal. I'm cool with a redo. Mistakes happen, right?But this whole making faces and making customers feel awkward? Not cool at all.
