This Wendy's is in a super convenient location with a surprisingly spacious interior.The customer service was alright, although the cashier did seem a bit unfamiliar with the process for scanning the app QR code (had to scan twice once before and once more after). I ordered the Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato and got a free Chili yesterday as part of a promotion in celebration of National Chili Day. Both items tasted great!Just like with the other nearby locations, I love their freestyle machine with a burning passion! I just had to knock it down from 4 to 3 stars because I can't ever seem to get Vanilla syrup in those freestyle machines (that's like maybe 99% of the whole reason I love these machines).Not much else to say other than it's your standard Wendy's.

I went to this place for dine-in and had a spicy chicken meal.The meal included a1) Burger2) Fries3) CokeThe burger patty was crispy and really sleak. Fries had the potato peel on it, which I personally don't like. Refillable fountain drinks with 7 options to choose from.Overall seating arrangement was brilliant. Plenty of seats available.However, the washroom was bit untidy.Overall a great experience from my side.

Great usually when your just grabbing a bite to take on the go. Can be busy a lot of the time, due to the location being on Quinpool Road. A lot of other businesses around and construction. Staff are alright, but can't seem to help to say that some struggle speaking English, when asked questions about deals, prices, etc... or don't have an idea what burger your asking sometimes, even if its the name of the burger given by the cooperation your saying to the worker's. Other than that, the staff are nice, and pretty friendly. Completely understand some people need a little more time with practice with particular things in life, but would suggest to Wendy's Management on quinpool and other locations to make sure they provide a worker or can be asked questions, and possibly responde with a clear answer, instead of the worker being embarresed and having a customer get mad at them, because time is money, and some of us only get so much time on work breaks. But just an idea ?? also just to mention this is not me saying you have terrible workers behind the counter, they are great people and mostly give most guests a greet with a big smile. Just maybe take some more time to train on the products they will be asked by customers. Thank-you.Parking: A lot of places to park, but when I say "somewhat difficult to find parking" its because of the location and its keeps super busy in the area, which can cause a big parking lot to only have so much parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheelchair myself, but upon entering can see the access provide and available to those who need easy access into this buisness (location)

I was having good time sitting in the store having my food but then I suddenly noticed that the manager working there said No to a boy for using the washroom as according to him only the customers have an access to the washrooms. I confirmed the name of the manager was Satyam. I guess in four years of my stay in Canada this is the worst thing i have ever seen as the people in nova scotia are very polite and nice.

Food wasn't good...and when I was looking for washroom...the manager named Mr. Satyam standing there asked me whether I am a customer or not as the washrooms are allowed only for the customers. I would like the owner to have a talk with the manager (Satyam) to not show such behaviour to customers.
