Just ordered from here, my gravy came visibly already cold and clumpy, they must have turned off the heater or something and still served us the gravy. The poutine wasnt even IN the right container so i paid all that extra to literally get 15 fries, cold gravy, and unmelted cheese. My "frosty" came as a frostycinno (i cant have coffee) and even at that it didnt even come as the right flavour. My partner said the coffee tasted very watery so im going to assume it was probably brewed with old grinds. It didn't even come with napkins, straw or a fork to eat my mini poutine with. On the bright side after I took the wilted lettuce off my baconator, it was a really good burger, bacon still as good as always

Relatively clean Wendy's location and the food quality is standard. It's a nice place to hang out when the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine has vanilla syrup in stock (sometimes they don't refill it in a timely manner). Initially I viewed this location as a 4, but my most recent experience (11/28/23 ~5:10-5:15pm) here left a lot to be desired. The cashier who served me was very deflated and showed no inclination towards good customer service. Apathetic would be the best way to describe the interaction. Other than this interaction, all previous daytime visits were great.
Fries were terrible today!We ordered jut a small one, and threw it out. We told bout it to the personal, but they didn't even try to say sorry....
