Food is good, but service needs improvement.The lady on the phone couldn’t understand us until we started yelling cause she was getting our order confused..I’m all for change but if you’re going to be working the phones .. please know your specials and know your menu. Please speak clear English so your customer can understand what you’re saying and vice versa.

Was very disappointed Sunday drove 2 hrs to get a pizza from down home as I have not had a G's Pizza in over 6years. Order 2 extra large pizzas with the works( over $80.00) and almost no sauce on it.

G's is our go to for pizza in this area. It's definitely the best tasting with the best ingredients. It does not deliver, but no other pizza place in this area does either.I rated 4 stars because it's really expensive. I know I said it is the best quality pizza in this area but it is way more expensive than what you'd expect. You can get better much quality pizza in other parts of HRM for around 55-60% of the cost. I know G's is doing less volume of orders than pizza places in other areas and there's savings in bulk ordering, etc but it feels like their profit margins are pretty high!Still though, it's good food and the staff are clean and friendly. If this is what matters most to you, you will enjoy G's.
