“I went on a road trip with my Mom, we first stopped at Angie's in Middleton but unfortunately had less than acceptable service. We left and went to Capitol Pub and I am happy to put a wonderful review here for them. Customer service was excellent, waiter acknowledged us within minutes of sitting down, and our order was taken promptly, with the head's up that they we're busy and we should anticipate a longer than normal wait time. We don't mind waiting when we are acknowledged.The food was absolutely amazing!! We both had the Alfredo chicken fettuccini, and we both 100% reccomend!!The atmosphere was perfect! We had pleasant, entertaing conversations with other customer's which made it feel very welcoming and enjoyable.10 out of 10 reccomend this place and will definitely be back!!Thanks Capitol Pub for a truly great experience!! “I dropped in on a very cold Feb. Sunday and was impressed in the first instance. I was greeted by a wonderful Ambassador/ Barkeep in Nora.The environment is welcoming, warm and friendly. I ordered a sampler and Nora delivered, based on my preferences. The beer was excellent with a special mention for The Kaber.I did not get to sample the food as I was there to sample the Craft. The menu is pretty diverse and there is something for all tastes.I will sample the food on my return.The gift shop is pretty cool as well.Well worth a destination stop or just passing through.I came, I experienced and got the BB cap!Parking: Plenty!“

“I heard from a little birdie that the chicken Bacon ranch mac and cheese was the most finger licking good thing they had ever had. By golly were they correct. I super scarffed that thing down my greasy gullet as fast as I could. I asked for extra extra ranch, as I was recommended to do. The ranch was ooey gooey and super yummy. I slurmped it up with such strength and animosity. I brought my 56 year old dad who hated me as a child and he absolutely loved the steak sandwich. I love you oaken barrel you make me complete again.
