“One of my top restaurants I’ve ever tried, the owners are hands down amazing, food is superb. I’d give it 11/10 if I could. Going to make it a monthly reservation for sure.“

“Would have rated it higher but recent menu change warrant a lower rating from me. The last 2 times ordering Dan-Dan I noticed they had removed the peanut butter and nuts from the ingredients and substituted some type of hot spices. This changes the whole character of the dish and makes it quite hot which it was not before. I will be reluctant to order this again, but on the positive side, the cashew chicken is still great.“

“The recommended steak and new seasonal salad was absolutely delicious. Steak was cooked perfect, with the the side sauce was excellent. right amount of flavor in that sauce, you could still taste the beef. And that salad, not only was it visually beautiful, it tasted as good as it looked. Service was quick and very friendly. Not sure if the owner was the cook, but she made you feel like family. we will be back.“

“First time trying Pictou style pizza and their famous brown sauce. It’s much more akin to a gravy than a sauce. Wasn’t a big fan of it tbh, I think I would have enjoyed the pizza more with regular tomato sauce.That said, I still thought the pizza was incredible. High quality toppings and cheese.I made my order as a walk-in customer, so the pizza was fresh and hot. The cashier was friendly and easy to chat with while I waited.Note that there is no washroom, just a few chairs placed against a wall.“
