It seems the future generation responsible for this restaurant does not have the same passion as the previous.

Ordered $90 worth of food online and organized one of my family members to pick it up. When we got it home, no sweet and sour sauce. I called and they agreed to credit the sweet and sour chicken balls (which was what I built the whole meal around, considering it was my favorite). I said no.. the point of the whole meal was the S&S CB. She then said I could just come pick it up. I explained to her that it's 15 minutes each way and that would mean my meal would be virtually cold when I got back home with it. Not to mention the extra trip there! She then told me she couldn't refund the S&S CB if I was coming to pick up the sauce. So, their mistake, cold dinner and extra fuel to go pick it up and they couldn't do anything for me. Pathetic! I will not eat there again. Oh and the girl at the front counter was rude enough to not even pay attention to what I was saying to her when I finally got there. She kept looking at other order receipts instead of apologizing.

Had takeout this evening and ordered no. 9 the rice had no chicken in it and was very bland with no flavour or seasoning. The brocolli & beef had maybe 2 to 3 pieces of thin beef and barely any juices in it but the brocolli was fine, as were the chicken balls. The no. 17 vegetables were undercooked. Dissappointed for sure bc we always enjoyed Canton food. Also the entrees went up to 16.95 so 39.00 for 2 should have been more cooked & flavoured. I was also surprised that veggies in entrees are frozen vegetables ( as I wad told). They should be tossed fresh in a hot skillet ! Sorry for the rating but not a good experience for us ?

Very nice inside. From what i seen of it. Walked in with a family of 4 only to be told nope you must order from the takeiut menu. Like really there are people eatting in the restaurant and lots of room. Nope rude and very weird. The food was nothing great. Save your money go to kfc or mcdonalds. Make your own Chinese food trust me be way better
Great food and when I told them I didn’t have much time (to catch the ferry) they made my order *fast*. If it was five minutes from the time I paid to the time they handed me the bag that’s all it was.
