I and my friends went today at 4:00 p.m. and ordered the double whooper, but they served us the regular whooper. We realised this when we opened the food, and we asked one of the staff about it, but they said we just ordered the regular one. The whooper they provided was different from the ones I've had at other Burger King locations. Burger King in Sydney is much better than Sydney River. It was the first time I had a bad encounter with Burger King.

Showed up at 3:05am January 7th, 2024. Business hours stated they closed at 4 online, but I was turned away because they were cleaning.I understand that sometimes the store needs to close down to prep for the next day, but the hours either need to be adjusted online or the workers need to be spoken to for starting their duties earlier than expected - it always feels like a gamble when I come here to get food during the early morning hours.Not trying to get anybody in trouble, but I work backshifts too, and I wasted my break to drive there for nothing.

My wife and I in Sydney Christmas shopping went thru drive thru and ordered 2 whopper meals, decided to bring them home to eat. at home discovered no condiments at all, just plain bun. being 30 klms away we did not return them. phoned store and manager thought it was quite funny and kept cutting off my wife. good service is disappearing these days as prices climb higher.

So we ordered 2 king meals from drive thru and when we started to eat i noticed a bottom Piece of bread was covered in a white stuff!!It didn't smell bad but was not looking edible either!I have the photo.

Someone wrote a review 2 years ago about this window and the picture attached is from yesterday. The department of health should contacted. Food should not be served where there is this kind of filth. Do better BK.

I love that you feel like you're getting value for your money, as the burgers are the biggest if all fast food but, the pop is terrible. It is ALWAYS warm. So warm it melts the very little ice they give you. Even when you ask for extra ice to try to cool it down its melted.
