We ordered a clubhouse platter with no tomatoes and a pizza from the coxheath location and the clubhouse is the most grossest clubhouse I have ever had. The bread wasn’t even toasted it was soggy actually and mush.. and it came with tomato on it even tho we said no tomatoes.. very disappointing considering we paid $39.

I was ignored for several minutes by staff. No “hello” or “be with you in one moment”. Two staff members just carried on working without even making eye contact. So I left. I understand being busy, but taking two seconds to acknowledge my presence is the most basic customer service courtesy. They just left me standing there several minutes without saying a word. There are ten other places I can go for a slice instead.

Ordered Large Combination pizza with pineapple and after leaving it in my oven to keep warm and eat later, discovered only pizza sauce and cheese on pizza.. Called the store to complain and no refund or substitute pizza offered. Never went back for 6 months. Decided to give Kenny's another chance for my business. Ordered Large Pizza 3/4 combination and 1/4 pep and cheese. Decided to check pizza in vehicle after leaving store. Instead received 3/4 pep and cheese and 1/4 combination. Went back in, got my money refunded will not be back.

Pretty good pizza with tasty crust! Staff is friendly too. Like other reviewers have said, I do find the pizzas a little inconsistent, with them sometimes not being cooked as much as other times. But all in all a good place to order from!

Very hit-or-miss with the pizza, especially the slices. I've never been a fan of Kenny's Pizza, but I will admit when it's good. When ordering from here, you'll never know what the quality will be like. This goes for the poutine as well. Nonetheless, the food can be good at best. At no time is it amazing, rather mediocre when made well.
