For the most part the customer service is pretty good, except for one lady, her name is Elaine. I was there today and asked about one of their donuts and she rudely said "I don't know what's it in, its expensive", I said "that's no problem, I just might have to run out to the car for more change", all the while she was making my tea and rolling her eyes. I read outloud from the menu when I noticed it - "$1.99, thats not bad" she came over handed me the tea and then asked rather rudely "its $2:33 do you want the donut or not"

Get my coffee the in the morning . Great little place. the staff are very friendly and get your order quickly and correct.In the morning is very busy here . But the staff here quick and courteous.Inside is this a little Tim Hortons in a gas station,It is always quicker to go through the drive-through then inside.If you like this give me a thumbs up??

To the ladies at this Tim Hortons location all I can say is thank you… My order is always perfect, service is always great… And you always offer me my change… and to top it all off… They are always friendly!
Several other Tim Hortons locations could definitely take a lesson from these ladies.
