i asked for a bagel with butter then they gave me one with cream cheese cutting me off a dollar they never gave back. Plus my friend ate the free cream cheese one and it had the bread tag on it which she bit into my accident plus had little hairs stuck in it.

their mobile order is literally never on, they have like a quarter of the menu, half of the menu that they do have isn’t available 50% of the time because the machine is broken or they have no ingredients to make it… plus the entire staff seems like they hate every second of being there. can we close this location in this mall and get a Starbucks?

Their debit machines have been down for over two weeks now. They also turn their mobile ordering off at 3pm instead of 8pm when they close, removing their only card option as their debit machines are apparently impossible to replace/repair. On top of this they only have a portion of the Tim Hortons menu (how do you not have an ice machine???????????). Worst Tim Hortons I’ve seen if I’m being honest. As a side note, their hours are plain listed wrong on here. They’re open the same as the mayflower mall hours, 10-8 every weekday, 10-7 Saturday, 12-5 Sunday. Get it together, Mayflower Tim’s.

The food is a miss or hit and the coffee is usually a miss.

Went there today and as I was waiting to order I watched the cashier, who was just touching the register, lick her fingers and then proceeded to grab a snack bag to put someone's hashbrowns in. Absolutely disgusting. No one was wearing gloves when making food, and licking your fingers to separate bags and touch someone's items is disgusting.

Working through the power outages during Fiona and needed something for lunch and figured I’d take advantage of the hot food. Waited 20 minutes almost my entire lunch which is fine they’re so busy. Got a sandwich asked for it plain nothing on it as I don’t like the sauce. Get back and it’s not plain. Boss was nice enough to allow me extra break to go swap it out and eat a meal. Well I went back and was nice about it because they’re busy and mistakes happen. Well I was swiftly blamed and told it’s my own fault for not listin g exactly what I didn’t want instead of saying plain. Which means nothing on it. Worker was beyond rude and refused to remake it. Used my last $8 to eat today and have no food at my home due to spoiling from the hurricane.

Typical fast food. Don't expect quality customer service, and to get your order right the first time.

I don't like to give poor reviews but waiting for 25 minutes for fast food is a little longer than normal. Staff did not appear to get along with each other and the cashier was less than cordial.

I am not much a tims person … I have been to tims at mall a couple of times, they are super sweet… I came in today, there was an Indian lady, very rude… as I mentioned am not regular at tims I couldn’t remember word for bagel, lol… instead of helping me, she was rude in tone… she didn’t misbehaved to be honest, but if you keep a good smile on face for costumers, everyone appreciates it… A FRIENDLY SUGGESTION.as it’s part of job (costumer service)

Tim Hortons is a great Global Brand. As a customer I would suggest to include strict Pscyhometeric test while recruiting. customer Service is the backbone of every business. Disrespect or ignorance towards customer should be tackled strictly.
