I had a friend in town and wanted to impress him so I took him to Trio. The place was hopping and everyone was enjoying the unique vibe of this restaurant (not a lot of places like this in Sydney). I knew the seafood risotto would be a hit and my guest couldn't believe the taste, presentation and quality of his meal. Meal was good. Unfortunately they changed the menu and I didn’t like the chicken dish I had nearly as much as the one I had last time. Nothing wrong with it but it was disappointing when I was anticipating the other one. Others felt the same about their order.
