Went in on a slow afternoon..ordered the Irish nachos which tasted good but Luke warm by the time the server brought it to us. When asked about what toppings came on the cheesecake she seemed annoyed and suggested they might be able to put cherries on it or maybe Carmel...she also did not give us the specials, service was not prompt. We waited nearly 30min for food and just as long in between visits from the server.At the end we opted to not tip on the $20 bill due to lack of enthusiasm and slow response from the server. To which she then complained that she had to pay a 4% tip charge our of her pocket on our orders. Not sure why we should tip on subpar service where the server does the bare minimum. This was my second trip to this restaurant and most likely my last.

I went with a friend of mine who has been here before. We were seated promptly. The restaurant had a handful of customers in it when we arrived and less by the time we left. The waitress took 20 minutes to come and take our order, then we waited another 20 minutes to get our buffalo nachos (they were good)not worth the wait. We had to ask for coffee refills 3 times. The waitress disappeared to the bar to talk with the men sitting there watching TV. I walked by 2 times hoping to get her attention so we could order dessert. No luck. Another 15 minutes go by and we finally order cheesecake which she wasn’t happy to put chocolate drizzle on and the crust on the cheesecake was a bit on the stale side. When it came time to pay the bill, she asked us if everything was ok with the food. We answered yes, then proceeded to tell us that because we didn’t give her a tip, which she definitely didn’t deserve, she would have to pay out of pocket 4% from the total of our bills. We were floored that she would be so bold since we were ignored from the beginning. The total of the 4% was $0.88 each. So, for the $1.76 she supposedly had to pay out of pocket, there will be no repeat business from us! Customer Service is definitely dead in this establishment……I hope the owners become aware of the treatment their staff is imposing on their customers.

Omg...we spent over $160.00.... and we ordered a hot turkey sandwich..It came with no gravy, no mayo...nothing but dried old turkey meat. I ordered.the soup and they charged me $8.99 for Campbell's Soup from.a can!!!You all owe me $ for the food dude!! Not impressed!

My husband and I are both hobby cooks, we eat out a lot including travels both in Canada/USA and many other countries. The service was excellent; the food was excellent; the atmosphere was better than typical for the type of resto and very clean and bright. Very generous servings and pricing was normal. I feel the bad reviews I read must have been during some kind of anomaly or crisis. Ok, maybe add a bit of salt (my husband doesn't agree with that and I admit I eat a lot of salt)Dietary restrictions: I did notice I had the option of gf although I didn't order anything specifically so (sensitivity only)

My BF has been raving about this place, and it was as good as he said!! Delicious fries burgers taste homemade. Hot hamburger was just as great and was a FULL plate of food.Can't wait to go backWheelchair accessibility: No steps, tables big enough to pull wheelchair up to. Some areas better than others but still wide enough for average sized chair to move and turn in most places.
