This restaurant has proven itself over its years since opening that it just isn’t going to ever be a place that serves sufficiently warm food and you get what ordered without a 50-50 chance of missing something. I do not understand how this many years in business, it continues to deliver the exact same experience, which is basically terrible. I’m not a person to shoot a business down unless it repeatedly keeps committing the same offence for service and this restaurant takes the cake. When it first opened up years ago we were so excited ..but we are diehards I guess… thinking that Years and years and years of cold food and missing half of the order at least 50% of the time will stop. Contrary to this review westill continue to go hoping for the best, so will we keep going but I just wanted to mention this is how it is. Sooner or later, the right people will run a franchise that has proven itself to be successful. It’s just when the people in the building have lack of interest or training I think it gets filtered down. My guess is as good as yours.
