Got a falafel wrap and it was absolutely disgusting. It was like they held it under a running faucet. Soaking wet because the employees are too lazy to drain the water from the vegetables before they pile them into the wrap. They are also too lazy to warm up the precooked falafel. They were ice cold. Don't know how this place is still in business. Haven't gone since pre-covid and won't return.

The last two times I have went to this location, I have walked in then walked out.Flies everywhere...I imagine they are fruit flies. Food on the floor, employes on their cellphones and not making eye contact or smiling to the customers.I will take the extra time and drive to the Lacewood location.

I would describe the food a Subway Lebanese .... not Lebanese. I picked up take out dinner. It cost me $17 a nasty processed food meal! I only ate a few bites and tossed the rest into the garbage! VERY OVER PRICED for the horrible quality!

The food was really good and fairly priced. However, I just doors couldn't sit and enjoy my meal because the doors are extremely squiky and loud. I doubt that I will come back.

The portions have gotten smaller as the prices rise. The brand is losing value because of the nickel and dime approach is obvious as they measure portions to the gram. I understand that inflation has impacted everyone; but for take out there are better options in Halifax that are more reasonably priced and give more value for money.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly food was quick cooked right tasted great I recommend this to anybody that's new to Nova Scotia

The place is nasty, the counter isn’t cleaned, so their just making food in filth! And the staff is to worried about who’s going to quite then paying attention to the customers!

Absolutely dismal amount of chicken on the chicken shawarmas. Barely more than two bites of chicken In the wrap. It's a complete rip off. They are trying to save money on giving too much chicken so they weight it in front of you and will take off chicken out of your wrap. not sure what the 'weight' is but it is absolutely not worth the price. More so getting a veggie wrap with a bit of chicken. Completely overpriced and would not recommend.

Used to love this place. Prices have gotten ridiculous! Last order was missing items.(2 pitas) I was also charged for items that should have came with the meal order(sauces). I double checked. Sorry but I think we are through Mezza! Food was great, but customer service is gone down hill and the value is gone.
