This is a great, unique hybrid bike shop / coffee shop. It's been around for a long time and it is endured a lot of economic hardships. Only three stars for food because I haven't really tried. The staff are really nice (definitely have a little crush on one of the older workers) moderately efficient and their lattes are a solid 8 out of 10. PLUS, I think this is the only real cafe within like ..a 40 mile radius. ENJOY!

There were 10 of us, so it was a little crowded. It is many months since we were last there and there is a much improved menu.Give it a try.

Great spot right on the bike trail so you can't miss it. Lunch was great, nice to have a beer after a long ride in from Chain Lake. When I was there constantly people coming and going. If you're out biking the Chain Lake / BLT / St Margaret's trail this is a must stop.Parking: There's probably 20 spots or so, didn't see any issue with anyone finding a spot. For Bicycles there's a bike rack if you want to go inside or there's seating outside next to the bike racks or you can stop out front they have a few tables there as well to watch the traffic go by.

Neat little Cafe, did not check out the bike shop next door. Great place to pick a snack and something to drink.

Decent enough food but hands down the most unfriendly and miserable looking employees I’ve ever seen in a restaurant in NS. Awful.

One of our favorite stops while biking on the St Margaret's Bay trail. There is always a spot to sit.

Great place to stop in (or start your adventure from) along the trail. If you're coming for the first time on the trail, check your speed as you approach as there's a lot of foot/bike/paw traffic near the coffee shop.Plenty of seating, bike racks, and room to stretch in the outside area trailside.Cold brew was great; the Nanaimo Bar was a little small for the price, but was still tasty.

I stopped here on the way back during a 55 km bike ride. Initially, I thought the price of the car he was a little high until I actually taste of coffee. I have to say it was one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had in my life. 100% worth the money that I paid for! I also had a banana chocolate chip muffin with it, which was delicious. Whether stopping in a car or cycling along the BLT trail and stopping in, this is a must stop for anybody passing by. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I will absolutely be back.
