The Niven lake blue lagoon is ok. I didn’t ask for the double shot but they ordered it for me. The drink didn’t taste like double shot was added. It’s sweet. The donair bites were good. Maybe they put a bit too much pepper so it’s a bit spicy but in general tastes good. The waitress seemed to just do her job but was not super nice.

Typical pub and it was close to our hotel. I had the fish and it was the best tasting fish in town. Cool place and it was super busy with locals.

We didn't experience any of the issues some reviewers seem to have trouble with. The service was just fine, our waitress was very nice. The food came out quickly and it was delicious.We had the Deep Fried White Fish, which is the special on Fridays. It was nice and flaky and while the Haddock is cheaper and a larger portion, the White Fish is locally sourced and the Haddock is not.We also had The Works Poutine, which was super tasty. I would eat here again without a second thought.However, if the owner happens to read this.. a "Please Seat Yourself" sign might be needed, as we did stand at the front like knobs for a couple minutes waiting to be seated, since we didn't know.

Extremely overpriced. I ordered the fish and chips and it came with one small piece of fish and a handful of fries. I was stunned when it came out; I almost waived the waitress back to ask where the rest of my meal was. And they charged 26 dollars for what was honestly an appetizer. The food was fine and the service wasn't terrible, but at those prices I won't be going back.

It looks difficult to enter from the outside, but once you're inside, it's a cheerful pub. There was a Scottish Rangers flag on display, so I guess it was a Scottish pub. It's a relaxed space where you can enjoy food, beer, and communicate with locals.

A pub where you can eat bison burgers. When I opened the heavy door, which was closed tightly due to the cold weather, and entered the store, I saw a lone woman drinking at the counter. I thought she was a customer, but when she asked me, "Do you want to order?", I realized she was a staff member. . I took it out and ate it at the hotel. One portion was relatively large and came with French fries, so it was enough for one meal. You won't know the taste unless you're told it's bison meat, but it's low in fat and has a unique flavor that's suitable for hamburgers, and it's a completely different level of deliciousness than McDonald's or A&W. The buns are well-baked as well. Decide the tip amount (%) at the time of payment. By the way, if you order takeout, 4% will be added to the price and disposable cutlery will be provided. It was $24 for a single item, $52.32 including tax.
