A proper dive bar. Friendly staff, great prices. So much has changed in Boulder City in the 50 years I've been coming here, but thankfully this hasn't.

We like dive bars and are not stuck up at all about anything but this is possibly the most depressing place in the world lol and the wet ashtray smell made me sick to my stomach for a couple hours. My beer was warm and the bartender was typical. We stayed for one beer to try it out. Gross!

Me & my friend hve at least 1 day that we hop on the bike & come here. It's our favorite place 2 go. We live in Las Vegas & hve 2 come here. The bar is always fun, great music, & the bartenders are great! We especially like 2 come when Brad is behind the bar! He's our favorite! And, no masks!!! The drinks are not expensive, but even if they were, we would still come! Love this place! Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a GREAT dive bar with loud music and lots of crazy people this is your bar. A staple in town and the women's room is always clean.

If you're looking for a "come as you are bar," this place rocks. Live music every Friday and Saturday. They have a dance floor. They have a jasmine patio. They have cheap pool. They have free shuffleboard. This is, by far, my favorite bar in Vegas.

My husband and I drive 45 minutes specifically for this bar. The drinks are cheap and made well. The bartenders are all so nice and friendly. The other patrons are respectful and fun to be around. We can play game after game of pool here. The pool tables and cues are well kept and treated respectfully by everyone who uses them. There's chalk for your hands and it's 50 cents per game. We literally post up here ordering drinks and playing pool for hours at a time. On Fridays and Saturdays there's usually a live band. It's so nice to listen to live music and play pool. Never gets too crowded in there, and they have a spot to put your coins down if the table is taken so you can challenge whoever is playing to the next game. Thank you Backstop for being consistently fun, I do not have a single bad memory at this bar!

The bar is a shit hole little bartender is rude she iS on her phone all day and when she is not and the locals start coming in witch some of them should just stay in the bathroom they fit in much better she starts talking about people I guess she knows them and what it sounds like is that they will not live the way she tells them I think she thinks she knows evething place is just a place it seems where everyone knows your name and and everything about u not a fun bar
