Every time I go in the drive-thru the ask to pull forward to the side and wait till they bring the food to you. We’ll every single time they forget something.., I’m done getting shorted.. no more pulling off to the side which helps them keep there drive thru time down, but they could not care less to make sure they get your order correct… even down to the sauces they don’t ever give enough of. If any!! This place sucks!!!

You really have to keep an eye on these guys. Despite gouging with their prices because this is a tourist area, they actively try to rip people off. I have the receipts—literally. I was overcharged for the supreme croissant combo. I had looked at the board when ordering already thinking $6.99 was more than the mediocre food was worth. Then later I noticed they charged me 50¢ more!I told them through their survey and main web site, but nearly a week later they still have the cheaper price on the menu boards hoping people won’t notice being overcharged. How many other prices are displayed lower? How many of those items do they sell each day? Extremely dishonest ownership and management.

Pretty good. I used to go to Jack in the Box at least once a week.before they moved out of Illinois. Then in early 90's in LA California when I lived there. Now passing thru Boulder City NV. Great taste, a bit more pricey than in AZ or CA but it's fine as long as I get my fix.
