The would not take my order at the counter and made me order my own food on a disgusting tablet on the wall that has never been cleaned. One worker on his phone in the back and the lady with red and black hair in the back acting like she is a four year old. Not very professional.

The food was acceptable but, don't expect anything resembling friendly service. Also they will not take your order at a register. They bark at you if you ask a question. I saw it happen to some other customers also. It has been a long time since I have been in this location and I will not be returning anytime soon.

It's kind of amazing how bad the food at this taco bell is compared to most, not to mention that almost everything on the entire menu is not available. One time I came here and tried ordering 4 different things in a row, each time they said they didn't have that right now. I just left. On more than one occasion something like that has happened.

Truly, I am disgusted at how bad this Taco Bell has gotten. I used to frequent this location before this year, and the quality used to be fine. Now, you can't depend on getting edible food here anymore. Multiple orders the last two weeks have been between mediocre to absolutely awful. The last time I got spicy potato soft tacos, they were so overcooked and disgusting I had to throw them away. The manager of this location should be fired, as this is now become the worst taco bell location I have ever been to. Shameful!

We were hungry and decided Taco Bell was the choice. The food was great. The cafe and restrooms were clean. Upon entering, one of the employees said, " When you're ready order from the kiosk." Well, we had the cash and preferred not to use plastic. So we tried to navigate the kiosk to make their job easier.... It took us about 10 minutes to set the order. Wow! I don't know about you, but people should have a choice when it comes to ordering their food and paying cash if you have it. Not everyone is tech savvy!
