Well, you won’t go hungry stopping at the coffee cup Café in Boulder city Nevada! Large generous portions of hearty food. I ordered a boardwalk sandwich which is a grilled breakfast sandwich on sourdough with scrambled eggs, Swiss cheese and sliced tomatoes on it. It came with some seriously wonderful country. Potatoes was a little bit of grilled onion on them. I also got crispy bacon and avocado on the side and an orange juice to drink.

The pork chili verde omelet may not look like much, but it more than makes up for that in flavor! All of the service staff are super friendly and the roadside diner vibe is off the charts. Don't let the line out the door discourage you from checking this place out!

Just before 8am on a random Tues, the counter was full but there were plenty of tables to choose from. By 9a a line has formed that lasted until after 10a with an average wait time of 15-20min. The entire staff was so cool and kind, genuinely friendly people. I had a simple eggs and bacon breakfast with a pretty good Bloody Mary. I will definitely visit again to try a signature item.
