The food at Bamboo Garden is consistently delicious. My entire family has been going there for years. Great place to celebrate special occasions. They don't skimp on the servings. The leftovers are so good. The service is great. The owners are friendly and aim to please. I highly recommend Bamboo Garden. The best Chinese food in N. Nevada.

Honestly, it's the best Chinese I've had in Northern Nevada. Came here with my family of 10 people. I called ahead and was told that most likely had a shot to have the one larger table in the restaurant. Not only did we get the table, but we also had some amazing service overall. From the lovely ladies who got our drinks to the server (possibly the owner???). She took our order, everything was 100% correct and even brought us extra tea. The food was amazing. The broth on the soups was delicious. The actual entrees weren't super salty and had just the correct amount of sauce. I'm very impressed and can't wait to go back.

First off their website needs to update the pricing as the reasons we went there is because of how close it was to our hotel and how affordable the prices were. Very disingenuous. Also I was very surprised by the high rating for this restaurant. This is not authentic Chinese food even though there were Chinese speaking servers and I imagine owners. Maybe I'm spoiled cuz I grew up in San Francisco which has the best Chinese food I've ever had. But there were 3 out of the 4 dishes we ordered for takeout that didn't taste like the traditional dishes. The hot n sour soup was not great, the general tsaos was not nearly like it should've been prepared, and the short ribs were too sweet. Overall disappointed by the high rating, the food was not good.

That was probably the best hot and sour soup I've ever had, followed by an awesome Kung Pao triple delight with delicious fried rice. The other reviews set my expectations high, and I was still impressed. Prices are regular (pretty good on lunch specials), portions are pretty heavy, and it's all so tasty. Will definitely need to come here again.
