I heard about the opening of Shaq's Big Chicken in Carson City on the news awhile ago. I was in CC so I thought I would try them out The place is pretty big with a lot of tables, a bar area and a few televisions. What caught my eye was how clean the place looked. Not messy like some fast food places. I ordered the Uncle Jerome's Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and sweet potato fries. I tried the house sauce and buffalo hot sauce. The sandwich had a good size chicken breast with a nice amount of pickles and it was slightly hot a 5/10. I've had hotter at Hattie B's in Nashville. But when I added the buffalo hot sauce it pumped up to 8/10. The sweet potato fries were crunchy and with a good distinctive flavor. The fries were good on their own but I dipped them in the house sauce which had a nice tangy flavor. The service was professional but nothing stood out. You are given a vibrating buzzer to pick up your order. I enjoyed the food and will definitely come back to try the other sandwiches and coleslaw. Recommended!

I had the shaq attack with avocado and an order of dirty fries. Big is an accurate description but the flavor and quality was huuge! That was last night and tonight I HAD to try the "ultimate" so I did and I think it may be awhile before I go to chick-fil-A again! When I got there tonight and the line was almost out the door so I even contemplated leaving for somewhere else but I figured what the heck and stood in a line that moved lightning fast and just a few minutes later I was walking out the door with the goods! I see myself eating here on a regular basis.

I had an issue with my order and I went and spoke to the manager Super nice guy completely fixed everything 10 out of 10. I wish I knew the manager's name because he is phenomenal.

This is a branch of Shaq's Restaurants. This location has limited parking and is kind of small. They specialize in chicken tenders, sandwiches, and salads. We ordered the tenders, macaroni and cheese, and dirty fries since the tenders come by themselves. They give you one cup of sauce which is not enough. The chicken itself is cooked well. Good-sized pieces, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Fries are fair, and the macaroni and cheese is decent, but a small portion. What we ate was decent, but the prices are extremely high, and having to order everything separate is a pain.

I've been looking for a good chicken place and this place doesn't disappoint. There sandwiches were so tasty. The pineapple cream soda is amazing. Next time I want to try a shake because they look so yummy.

Food was great, fresh, hot, and lots of flavor. Staff was very friendly and tables were cleaned quickly when people left. Milkshakes looked great but we were too full to try them. Only downside was it was pretty pricey.
Me and my wife ate there for the first time. fries were soggy and not very good at all. The chicken sandwich was bland, my wifes was undercooked, and the Buns were cold. I don't think we even ate half of the sandwiches before we left. The strawberry lemonade tasted like some type of chemical drink, my wife's tea had floaties in it. It's definitely no raising cane's, we will never go back.

So the food was great, the wait time was very short, the service was ok, the only complaint I had was the building smelled like a gas leak, one woman said it smelled like cat pee. I would order to go, unless your sense of smell is shot.

Great service, nice layout! The staff was friendly. The chicken sandwich was great! We had the chicken mac n cheese and the regular Shack Chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and great tasting. The buns were nice and buttery. Side were Mac n cheese and fried. The Mac and cheese was ok and the fries were good, crispy, and well salted. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great chicken sandwich!
