We had dinner here yesterday. Service was wonderful (Catlin) and we enjoyed the sauces very much. Boneless chicken was small and dry in some cases but good in others. We also had an appetizer with tots that was great. Overall good flavors and great service.

If you like great burgers. You must have the smoked brisket burger from BWW this is by far the best burger ever. I think I could eat this burger every night, but I might fat..If I want a burger in the future it will be this burger. I challenge all to go get one you won't be sorry you did.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this isn’t a good Buffalo Wild Wings. The last time I went here it was slow and this time they gave me the wrong sauce. The one in Sparks is good though.

I’ve never felt at home more than BDubs I walked into a smiling host ready to seat us. The best part is once seated we were greeted by REAL news! CNN was on most TVs if not all. Nothing puts a smile on my face more then knowing our BDubs is well educated in REAL news. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings.

The food is always great! Got it to go because otherwise they'll take there sweet time with checking in or with ordering your food. Honestly sucks that this is the only Buffalo Wild Wings in town otherwise I'd probably go else where. Service is horrible don't get me wrong some servers and I can probably name only two, that honestly do a great job.

1st time to any BWW since pre-covid. Long wait to be seated but not because it was busy. The hostess was busy on the phone. Other staff was available and in area. Four groups total were waiting.Food was good. Service was average. Cups were regularly empty.Worst part was the pay at the table gimmick to get my info to send me texts and emails. For that reason alone, I'll see you when getting your eyes scanned for payment is the norm.

Walked in, nobody was at the door so I walked to the bar. I sat down talked to a waiter for a min. After he walked away I didn't see another staff member for maybe 5 min. Nobody was behind the bar and the few customers that were already there all had food. Don't know what happened to the staff but luckily there is a wing-stop down the road.

ABSOLUTELY SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT! We ordered food for pickup at 9:25pm and they said it would be ready in fifteen. We walked over since we don’t have a car and were told to go to the bar where we would be able to pickup and pay for our food. We were hardly acknowledged and saw two different people come in after us and receive their food before us. 50 minutes later the bartender told us they are bagging up your food! We waited almost an hour and there was only 2 tables in the whole restaurant. We saw more than four people in the kitchen so I’m not sure what they were doing back there other than screwing around. When we finally received our food we were told the kitchen staff had miscommunication which is why it supposedly took so long. We got back to our motel room to find they didn’t even put napkins or utensils in our bags. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST AND MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. Me and my boyfriend have worked in this industry and find that there was ZERO excuse for the service we received. I am embarrassed for them and foresee them closing down soon due to the lack of professionalism. Please do not waste your money going here. You will regret it!

Placed an order for takeout online at 9:30pm. Was told that it would be ready at 10pm. When I arrived at the restaurant I was not helped for over 15 minutes then I was told the kitchen closed at 10pm and despite ordering half an hour earlier, my food was not even started. Now I have to wait 2+ days for a refund? Unacceptable customer service.
