I went in for takeout and when I placed my order I asked for House Salsa. I was told that they discontinued it. I asked if they had any other salsas and was told "no". I don't understand how a Mexican food establishment wouldn't have salsa available.

This place is going downhill in service and quality! Many times they get the order wrong. forget cutlery and now no more pico de gallo salsa!

So I hit up the drive thru because it's 3rd quarter of Rams/Lions and I wanna get back home soon. I cruise straight into the drive thru and no cars, rad! Immediately greeted on the intercom crystal clear. I order a burrito and woman at the window greets me with a sunny smile just being super pleasant. I wait maybe 3 mins thinking "cool, seems like they are making it to order instead of half-assing it". Burrito pops out and I'm like "Nice that was quick!" Props on that bueno efficiency. So far my experience is in the 4-5 star range. Their queso blanco burrito seemed like a fair value for 10 flat after taxes. Not bad for a fast food burrito. Filled me up and not super sloppy. My Locos came in really clutch for my situation that night.

WORST tasting chicken I've ever eaten in my life. Dry and gamey flavor drawn out eaten sitting on direct heat all day. Called to complaint yet never received even an apology .... Last time!!! UPDATE , "located my receipt"and manager honored refund. SAVE RECEIPTS EVERYONE!!!

I tryed to buy 4 thighs and they said they were not allowed, because they would not be able to complete a meal for the next customer. Oh yea but the freakin guy thats cooking the chicken has enough to stuff his face with what ever part he wants. And for some reason the chicken here is less meat than the one in reno. I dont recoment eatting here. I was happy they had opened this store in carson but at the end its less of everything than the one in reno.Update. 9/23/23For the first time I ordered their chicken quesadilla to go. When I got home that chicken was cold meat. And to top it off it didn’t have any cheese what so ever. I also got a queso burrito since it’s not so bad even though it too barely has any cheese in it. Instead of rising prices only they also lower the amount of the good stuff in the food. Like today since I just finished eating the burrito. It had almost no chicken what so ever. What I’m noticing from this dump is that if you get it to go you get less chicken since they don’t expect you to make the drive back and complain about it. Next time I go I will order a to go burrito and before I leave I’m going to dissect that burrito on the table and ask where is the chicken? I’m getting tired of getting short changed of my money from them too.

This place is on again, off again. Never know if they will have the food you want. In the past, they've run out of breast with a 20 to 30 minute wait. The lastest is the website says they have Barria tacos but no they don't. They come and go from the menu so its not dependable. The staff always has a distanced look on their faces. Mexican music is way, way too loud in the dining area to the point you can't have a conversation but I'm sure it can be heard in the kitchen.

I left less than 30 mins ago. My fiancés coworker was covid positive recently so we're masking to protect others. Also I speak Spanish so I heard what you said door girl and talking smack about anyone in any language is gross. Also we ordered a 4 pc with rice and beans. She almost forgot our drink then we see at home we got a three pc with mash and broccoli?? Terrible service. We only didn't go back because we're done with our day, home now and we don't think they'd do anything more than a fake apology.

Omg the new shredded beef with avocado quesadilla grilled is to die for!! Had with pico. Full meal by itself.
