This place has become my and my boyfriends go to place when I'm hungry and want some Mongolian bbq on a budget. Legit that is the first thing I go to when I get there because it's my favorite part. You can choose between beef, chicken, and pork during lunch - dinner just adds shrimp as an option. Then they have broccoli, bean sprouts, onion, noodles, garlic, squash and I believe that's it. They also have a sushi section which isn't the best but isn't horrible either. I'll eat a few when I'm there. There's some more basic things - chicken wings, chicken skewers, ceviche, egg drop soup, chow mein and rice. All in all I enjoy there options. As for the service - I've never had an issue. Generally they sit you down, someone gets your drinks and you'll have a few people who rotate around grabbing plates and refilling drinks. During lunch it's much quieter than during dinner. Once time we went during dinner on a Friday and holy moly. Anyways, rating a 4/5 because it is still buffet food and some things are mediocre.

Typical Chinese buffet. Plenty of choices. Many of the hot food items were cold or just warm. It's an old restaurant, floors were dirty especially around the food islands.

Absolutely no my husband , little brother and I al got food poisoning after gong there like two days ago. Everyone I know that eats there ends up getting sick .

Cheap and amazing buffet. Sushi was good enough for me ?
Came here with the family and friends. Everyone had a good time. The ambience was nice. We all caught multiple plates between the four adults and one for y'all. We pretty much tried everything. I really like the Mongolian barbecue was so good everything we could pick I chose lots of veggies and some shrimp of that protein. I feel that the crab Ragu could be cooked a little bit longer there a little under Guin but everything else was good deafly will be back. The servers were very polite cleared our place quickly. Thank you.

Hubby and I thought we would give King Buffet another try. We are very sorry we did. Bland, boring food. Not worth the price. We will stick to Hunans buffet in Gardnerville.

The ice cream tastes delicious! The food is mainly fresh although not all! some is not fresh but other then that good food overall! The girl in the Front counter is pretty hot too ? great place for family and friends! Traditional dates or online dates! Enjoy your food ?

Do not get all bashing on king buffet, eaten here for years, also lived in China years, food is great here and authentic, green beans are second only to what I ate in China. Mushrooms are as they should be as well. Evenings the prawns, shrimp, sushi also good. ? never had cold food here, oh and the whiners on fried rice, properly fried rice has some grains a bit crisp not from a rice cooker soft, mushy rice, hence fried rice. Kalifornians wanting to be catered to and eat over spiced and seasoned food, this is not for you. Depends when you come in maybe on the food quality. we eat here regularly. all the prawns, muscles, clams, tuna sushi we eat here we are getting a bargain compared to sushi at $7 a pop two piece orders at other places. never gotten sick here either.
