I needed to sub sandwich platter today with a dessert platter, and to take to some friends who lost their loved one. I called another port a sub, in Reno who said that they couldn't accommodate me called this one in Carson City. The manager was wonderful very accommodating, very helpful. They created delicious platters for me and had them ready to be picked up in a couple hours. They were wrapped up with great care. This is such a special store. with great caring employees. I highly recommend them.

Great family business I believe. They're very friendly. We ordered a #3 which my husband had and I ordered a #8 as a lettuce wrap. Both were made exactly as we asked and both tasted delicious. Restaurant was very clean and bathroom was very clean. When we were leaving they told us to have a nice day. We are visiting from California South Bay on a mini vacation, would definitely eat here again.

Horrible service. I got a large sandwich and only got 3 pickles and about 5 olives. I'm not joking. When I asked for the shakers, nothing came out of them. Will not be returning to this location. Horrible service and sandwich for 11 dollars. Multiple times I had to ask if I could have more of the lettuce, cucumbers, etc. they rolled their eyes and wont do it. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, I try to give a lot of grace but after multiple bad experiences I won't be coming back.
