Excellent employees!!! Super friendly and greeted as I walked in. This was my first time eating at a Qdoba and for the price I thought it was fair for the amount of food you get. They dont skimp on the cheese :)

My family and myself ate there 11/18/2023 the employees were rude and nasty, a lady with pig tales snapped at me when i was letting her know the items were being bought separately, embarrassed me in front of customers and my family, will never return

Ordered take out the other night. When I got there they hadnt made my order yet. But as soon as they knew about it they were awesome. Super professional ans nice. I had my food within 5 mins. To get great customer service like I did I would of waited 30 mins and been completely happy. Conclusion 5 star everything at Carson City QDoba. ?

Very bad customer service. They rush you through the line!! I'd never been there before so I was reading the menu...but they're firing questions at you and making you feel like you're a bother. Getting rung up was equally awful...she told me the amount and as soon as I put my card in the slot she told me the receipt would print up and walked away. I won't go again. Oh and the food wasn't good either.

Wish there were more current reviews. They ALL seem pretty sketch especially the 5 stars since there's no specifics.Made a pit stop today, Sunday. The hubs wanted to try qdoba. He heard about it on The Bonfire. I said sure. Didn't have high expectations due to not good quality reviews. Except that it's similar to Chipotle, which it is, you build your entree.Now I'm huge on cleanliness.I get food may get spilled on the sides of their container. But as slow as it was in there, it was very messy. Also, the food is exposed, not even glass or anything covering the food, like when you go to a buffet. Anything can fall into the food.The hubs ordered a burrito, chicken burrito. They did have all the options: white rice, Mexican rice, pinto beans, black beans, all the meats...etc. he got the chicken, queso, guac, pico, salsa...I ordered the burrito bowl. I built mine like a chipotle bowl. I did have ask for lettuce, I don't think lettuce is automatically included. I was a little concerned when she was getting my lettuce, even though she had her long hair braided, I came very close to getting in my bowl...close call. On a positive note the lettuce was covered:) Back to my order, I also had the chicken, Mexican rice, black beans, pico, shredded cheese, and guac. Now that I think about it, they didn't have sour cream.As far as price, We paid under $25 for both.Now the table selection, well at least you have a lot to pick from. We sat at the booth, I had to wipe the booth down. Not the cleanest for as slow as it was.Long story short. The hubs liked his burrito. My bowl was okay. I don't think it compares to chipotle. Would I comeback, idk.

Eating here really made me sad. Years ago. I used to regularly go to qdoba's in Colorado and they had a very unique menu, well prepared food and were generally a quick and easy dinner when you were tired. They have changed the menu and they are now. Obviously trying to compete with Chipotle. Problem is they can't do it between supply issues. For example, they only had pinto beans today. Not black beans. Okay? Well you can live without those. The problem is they offer lime citrus lime shrimp but they haven't figured out how to keep those shrimp from turning into hard rubber on the steam table. So I did not enjoy my bowl at all. My husband's steak was okay except it was grossly oversalted and made me gag because of how salty it was. If they're going to try to complete with Chipotle they need to at least have good food which they do not

Food WAS great and never had a bad experience before. Bought a bowl for lunch, took a bite and found something hard. Look for yourself.....EDIT:Spoke with the General Manager Connie and went back to the store and spoke with Debbie and both of them made it right. The new bowl was perfect again and what you come to expect from Qdoba. I really appreciate their urgency and respect for this matter. I was hesitant to go back and honestly, this week's lunch was garbage with my weekly qdoba. I suggest checking them out, great bang for your buck and far tastier and better than the other guys. Thank you all who work there :)
