4/29/2023The Sage Cafe (inside Carson Tahoe Hospital) is most likely the best eatery for lunch or early dinner. The foods taste is excellent, and it comes to you hot, unlike most places now a days. The second best thing about this place is its prices. Lower than fast food places.

Normally I don't get up here for breakfast, but I was here early enough to give the new updated breakfast menu a try. It's only served from 7am till 10:30 am, when the grill closes for 30 min to switch over to the lunch service.I ordered the breakfast burrito, that comes wrapped in a big flour tortilla filled with scrambled ehh, cheese, onions, salsa, and choice of bacon, ham or sausage. I picked sausage and bacon. THis is a really big meal and I only ate half. It was super tasty and scrumptious. I'd for sure get this again! it was just $6.75, no tax! If you can get here i the morning, the breakfast choice are great!
