Overpriced for what you get. Looks like it needs kept up. Lights were out & stalls falling apart. All the food was cold. Drinks were wrong or missing items. If we knew they were out of something we would not of ordered it. Service was fast. Tater tots were not only cold they were not even close to the top of the holder. I felt ripped off. Also there app does not work, you cant get support and its been this way for months. False advertising for sure.

I ordered potato tots but they gave me fries instead ?I also order a milkshake but I didn't get it either, i was charged for it! I'll check better next time( if there Is a next time) when i leave the drive-thru next time don't think ill be going back for a while but the line was too long to get it before the food would get cold They expect you to know there menu by ❤️ because they didn't have one up in the drive-thru and they were kinda perturbed that we said we where to order at the window when we could see a menu . That probably the reason my order was so messed up

This Sonic is either really good or bad. They have some rude and abrasive staff, but overall good food. The stalls for ordering or picking up app orders are closed more than they open which means ordering ahead of time is sometimes useless because you have to go through their long drive thru line anyway. The food is not consistently made from one trip to the next. On the positive side, their drinks and ice are the absolute best. The Blasts are always good.
You can't use any of their stalls because they are short staffed. The staff is not nice and when you order at the drive thru you can barely hear them repeat your order.

Great food if they get the order right. Every time we go to this specific location some part of our order comes out wrong. Every. Single. Time. They always fix it so I've held off on giving a bad review but everytime we go we see new faces and every time we get incorrect food. If you have allergies I would not trust anything that might have something in it because I highly doubt they'll make sure they don't put the allergen in the food. We've also had them be very snippy before when fixing an incorrect order even if it's on the receipt but as I've said the staff changes so fast the people that have been probably don't even work here anymore.Edit: ordered a chili cheese coney and received chili cheese fries. Have officially sent something in about it. I have no idea how you serve completely the wrong dish like that.

Not only are the employees bringing you your food but they are required to unlock the restroom every time a customer needs to use it. They go above and beyond good food. Don't forget to tip the person who brings you your food to your car.
