Normally I love going to this location.. and I’m there several times a week .. however this last time I believe will be the last time ..my husband bought me a gift certificate for human being, and it even said it on the gift card however, this last time the girl decided to repeatedly tell me they don’t take those cards even though it’s a human being gift card argued with me told me I was wrong and then I had to pay for my drink, even though there was still money on my gift card.What happened to customer service? Normally they are great but this last time Was awful! How are you gonna tell me that you don’t accept your own gift cards

I told the lovely girl at the window that I wanted a blended coffee with chocolate and caramel and that I liked it sweeter more than bitter. This was the best coffee I've ever ordered. I wish I would have taken a picture of it but I didn't think that far ahead. Fabulous job! 10 out of 10!

Human bean is my FAVORITE coffee place. Literally, I would never go anywhere else anymore. Step aside starbucks, you are just embarrassing yourself. The people that work here are the kindest, friendliest, and upbeat people I’ve met. When I have to think about how early they need to be here, I know I would be too tired to function. But these people…they are almost superhuman. I was in a bit of a rut recently with my coffee. I normally get caramel or peppermint mochas, but I didn’t want those for some reason. I asked for a recommendation, and she recommended a caramel hazelnut based off of what I normally get, and it was great. So knowledgeable!!The prices are reasonable—definitely cheaper than starbucks, and better quality too. They offer my favorite drink, peppermint mocha, year round (which is another thing starbucks doesn’t do), and the caramel mocha is amazing. My partner gets the lattes and loves them too! Their smoothies are phenomenal as well. I always get my drinks with oatmilk, and even with the substitution, the price is still great!Personally not a HUGE fan of the food, it’s kind of dry, but I don’t normally get it anyway. I’m not that hungry in the morning. HOWEVER THE BEAN! They give you a bean with your drinks—a chocolate covered bean. Especially when it is slightly warmed by your drink, it is just the best. I literally buy a bag of them and it is the best thing ever.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and change your normal coffee place to here. You will not regret it I promise!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE I STOP ALMOST EVERY MORNING TO GET MY BREAKFAST SANDWITCH/ BAGEL AND MY CUP OF COFFEE, DOESNT MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT IS EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE HAS ALWAYS BEEN SO NICE AND BRINGS A SMILE TO MY FACE, AND ALL MY DRINKS ARE ALWAYS EXACTLY WHAT I ASK FOR THE BREAKFAST SANDWITCHES ARE TOP TIER I CANT DECIDE WHICH IS MY FAVORITE SO HAR TO CHOOSE, THIS PLACE IS NOT LIKE THE OTHER COFFEE PLACES THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND IT SHOWS LOVE YALL SO MUCH <3!!!

Customer service!They are great.I don't usually do foo-foo coffee, I'm more of a McDonald's or 7-11, grab & go guy.That said, they were really nice, it's very clean, quick & drive through.

Never understood lines of cars waiting specifically for coffee. NOW I DO!!!I'm addicted to the great variety of flavors and styles.
I used to come here I ONLY for coffee until hubby had to go to decaf due to open heart surgery. Their decaf is horrible. Made really weak. Tried two times and both the same. Really miss this place. Fix your decaf and we'll be back.
