Ordered a baconator, and was given a junior. Employee tried to claim it was correct, but I was given what looked like something off the kids menu. She resolved and fixed the problem, but I do not appreciate being lied to, and I would caution anyone else from ordering here, to avoid being taken advantage of. Spent extra gas and time getting this corrected. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

They cheat their customers every time. If you order a Dave's double, baconator or any other large patty double burger, at least one patty will be swapped for 2 Jr patties. A Dave's single is $7. A double Jr cheeseburger is $3. They are intentionally cheating customers to maximize profit. If you go large on your value meal, they tell you you cannot get a large drink with your meal. Only if you order a drink separately. Prices are too high to begin with. But management here steals from their customers, cheats them out of money. If they steal a dollar from each customer by doing something shady, they'll profit an extra $1k per day or more. That's $365K/yr by cheating their customers. It's not just bad business, it's criminal. I'd like to see the establishment closed and the manager/franchisee charged with embezzlement.

Showed up about an hour before closing. All the staff would say was out of service. Claiming their system was down. They sounded half asleep. This has been a trend since covid pretty sure their system was perfectly operational but they just didn't feel like making food.This Wendy's has been historically problematic in the area. I've been killed by a lot of locals to avoid it like the plague. Because its very poorly managed.

When they actually decide to do their jobs the food is good but they don't serve anything at 11:30 even though they're open till 12am... Just avoid this place till they can hire managers that know how to read a clock.
