I love Capriotti's so much! The fact that they have multiple types of vegetarian food is awesome.Service here was great, the staff asked us how our food was several times.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian meats are available.

Horrible online ordering system. Tried to order 7@ 18" Sandwiches for pick up 5 1/2 hours later. First Problem was that they have no Classic Italian Sandwiches available according to the website. So I chose another Capriotti's location for an online order. I selected the 7@ 18" sandwiches added a custom $20 tip and entered my payment information and received a message; "error, something happened please select another restaurant" Problem Solved...I selected another restaurant...Jimmy John's!

Feel like I have a 30% success rate with all Capriotti shops in town. Simplest sandwich request, quite literally Turkey and Stuffing only. 70% of the time it's covered in Mayo because they enter "Bobbie / Stuffing" and the person making never pays attention.The cashier Craig entered the order correctly and was willing to try ask the night crew to make a new one, but it's honestly not worth the trip and I'll just give the sandwich to someone else here at the office.Extremely unfortunate to take a lunch break for that experience.

The restaurant was properly air-conditioned, so I decided to dine in for lunch. There weren't any customers inside, so the service was ultra fast. The staff were cool and the sandwich was good. I went with the chicken, chipotle crunch, which comes with grilled chicken, white American cheese, crispy cheddar onions, chipotle, ranch, lettuce, and tomato. The sandwich was flavorful with seemingly fresh veggies and it had a nice little crunch to it.

We use to love this place but what a disappointment...a 20 dollar bobbie that was all stuffing and cranberry with a thin scattering of dark turkey...yuck..terribble

I like ordering Capriottis whenever I crave sandwiches. I enjoy the tuna sandwich, it is very fresh and filling. The Bobbi is also one of my favorites but order it more during the winter time. It has turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. The cranberry sauce can get a little too sweet if it's not spread out evenly throughout the sandwich. I order to-go from this restaurant but every time I come in to pickup my food, I notice how clean the place is. The service is usually fast and friendly.

The food is delicious. The turkey sandwich is outstanding. We love the chopped salad. We just had the Wagyu French Dip sandwiches and they were fantastic. We have also ordered party trays and salad. The food and the service were excellent.

I love caps, but this made me never want to eat there again. It's a sharp piece of bone fragment that came in one of the subs we got (Cole turkey)

This shop is TOPS!They are there and working at 8am to take your order. Service is TOP NOTCH!Food Always Fresh and Ready TO GO!Never do I have to wait on an order.I have been doing DoorDash now for 3+ Months and Caps is always on time if you order from DoorDash.
