In the past I have always got quality chicken breast at this establishment. Last night 4/5/24 ,it wasn't even edible. There was very little white meat on the breast and it was so tough you couldn't even chew it! Don't know if you changed suppliers or someone new is cutting up the chicken, either way it was absolutely horrid. Made me wonder if it was road kill. We usually eat there once a month minimum, but after our recent visit, probably won't be returning! Did not return it because we live 11 miles out of Elko.

Looking for comfort food on a snowy night and found it at KFC. The chicken was very good and Mac and Cheese brought lots of comfort.
Horrible food today so disappointed. Potatoes smelled like dirty feet, coleslaw was inedible.

Horrible, they can't even get a single thing right, at least double check everything! Employees do not even bother to care to double check, the food is never hot, you are always going to miss something within your order! They are not worth going to. I'm on the edge of wanting to call corporate or ask to talk to a manager to fix this problem. This needs to be acknowledged by employees, management, and the owners. Fix It! I will not continue to come back if this continues.

One of the best places in town! The food is always hot and delicious and the staff are super kind, fast and helpful! Anyone who complains about their service must be on a lower level, negativity will only make you more ill! ;)
Literally the worst experience. Undercooked and dirty feathers all over the chicken wings. And the manager was such a B. She didn’t want to refund me the extra biscuit I didn’t want it after the quality of the food made me loose my appetite. I will never eat here again.This franchise is horrible. The owners should fire there manager. Zero customer service

Stopped in today for some dinner. I started to order and add items. That is when Richard offered an alternate combo that is what I was ordering at a better price. I thank Richard for great service and considering what the customer needs. Great service on his part.
