Drove 80 miles out of my way for pizza. Good Ol’ Round Table fantastic as usual. I wish I had one by me.Young lady that answered the phone was pleasant and nicer in person. The store was clean and quiet. It could use an upgrade for sure.Good job y’all. See you next trip.

I just called and was told they do not make pan crust. The girl who answered said they don’t “really” make those anymore. I asked what she meant by that and she said “we just don’t do them anymore. “ so I canceled what would have been a $50 order. It clearly shows in the app that you can order it. See pic. Get it together

There were other people present, but it was nice and quiet. My wife, granddaughter, and myself had a pleasant time.Kid-friendliness: Games for the kids to play and no visible objects that could possibly hurt the kids.

Went in today after church and it was wonderful. The young lady working was ALL by herself. Doing the work of 6 people with 4 tables packed and a birthday party going on. Not only did she nail the service in a timely manner, but she made my pepperoni lovers pizza with light sauce PERFECT. Usually when I ask for extra pepperoni, the cooks always skimp on it. Not her!!! She deserves a raise and a promotion! I wasn't able to get her name, as she was busy, but she was the one working on 2/4/24 at 1:00 pm! Highly recommend going in when she is working because she will do a phenomenal job at your meal also! ❤️Dietary restrictions: I did see Gluten Free options. They also have many veggies to add to pizza toppings and a salad bar!Parking: Large parking lot shared by multiple other businesses and restaurants.Kid-friendliness: There was a kid's birthday party going on.Wheelchair accessibility: Not too wheelchair accessible. Only booths, which is fine for me as I can get in and out of my wheelchair with ease. The tables were taken by the Birthday party.

This will be a long, honest review. 1st off, don't bother posting negative reviews on Google. The owners will hide them & consider spam!!!! I'm here to be the voices of those who won't speak up as they feel it won't do any good!!!! The Elko community needs to rise together and stop supporting this business or limit support of this business to a minimum. Change needs to come to this store, and it won't be anytime soon. Within the last year, this establishment was improving. However, within the last few months or so, this restaurant has gone under. The store was improving under the old general manager, but the assistant manager is now the general manager. Attitudes are not customer service friendly. They clearly don't understand customers are what gives them tips & how we are treated means how we tip and return business. I am now referring people to other locally owned/small businesses. Round Table Pizza has been around since 1959, which means tradition for many. That means parents and grandparents want to bring family here to dine in. I know I don't want to from the furniture needing an upgrade, the rundown games that aren't upkept, the horrible business practices of everyone that works here, & uncleanness of the store don't give this store your business because the owners clearly just want money not repeat or satisfied customers. I've never seen the owners at this store. I know if I ran a store even if I didn't live in the town of that store, I'd want to do in person check-ins and upkeep on my store. The store is cold when coming in, and personalities add to the coldness of the store. You can feel the tension and unwanted feeling when you walk in. You can tell customer service has distractially changed. The general manager won't greet you, she will have rude attitude with you, even threaten to 86 you from this store especially if you complain or if you're trying to defend yourself as you the customer are always wrong even if you mention to her maybe you shouldn't treat me the way you are, & her music is too loud where you can't talk or hold a conversation. Why support a business that has employees like this? How can you have customers when you are 86, everyone? The giant open sign and fixed indoor lighting make it look opened at times if the open sign is on and has a readable color. It looks better at times than before, but the general manager and her family and friends will make you feel unwanted and like she/them doesn't want to be there or to deal with you. When you call the store, no one greets you or says who you're talking to, and it seems bothered like you're placing an order. When you go to dine in napkins aren't filled on tables, parmesan and red peppers aren't filled, tables usually aren't cleaned off. Good luck with them having ingredients to make a pizza or other menu items for a small menu as multiple times they have been out of ingredients. The general manager doesn't know what she's doing. They are all unprofessional and don't wear name tags either, so you can't call them out by name. Lastly, they use a third-party service on deliveries, so there is no guarantee you will get everything you ordered. Don't give them business visit any other locally owned business or cook at home as pizza tastes & looks horrible at this establishment, & you will get rude customer service with your pizza.

Not gonna lie, with all of the hit and miss reviews I was a little nervous to come in and try Round Table. I've lived in Elko for two years now and still haven't tried it, so today my son and I decided to go for lunch. We got a medium half Gourmet Veggie, half BBQ chicken. Two AYCE Salads, 6 Garlic Twists and two sodas. The salad bar was refilled and gorgeous! The only thing that made me sad was it didn't have any croutons. Otherwise it had lots of toppings to choose from and I enjoyed the fact that they had whole eggs and salami and pepperoni! The garlic twists came out first and were great but a little over cooked. I think a little less time on them would have been perfect. The pizza was perfect. Half was loaded with veggies and white garlic sauce that was to die for... half was bbq chicken that was sweet, sticky and delicious. The pizza was so so so good. We smashed it was so good. I can't wait to go back. Honestly, I love the salad bar and the fact that it is all you can eat, which is not the case anywhere else in town. I'd go back for that alone.

We had my sons first birthday here and it was not a good option I mean there was no one at counter anytime I went up there. Took forever for someone to get to me because she was on a personal phone call. Bad service from the two people that were working. The girl there was just completely rude. Too expensive for quality of pizza we got. Chairs were still sticky when we were getting everything set up. I definitely do not recommend this place. Sad to say that my sons first birthday did not go how I thought it would.?

12/9/2023 Went to this round table and the manager said they were closed at 7pm!! Who closes at 7pm on a Saturday night? This lady or so called manager needs to be fired!!

My pizza was delivered extremely late and was cold when I recieved it. The pizza was poor quality and tasteless. I had other issues with the third party delivery group but I'm going keep those comments out of this review.

It's dark, depressive, and almost rundown. The food was OK if you didn't mind waiting for 40 minutes. While the manager's children, and when I mean children, were grown young adults. Both the cook and some dude working the front when his mom or what she was to him was handling an emergency. The food that was ordered was as good as your are going to get, and is the price for what you get: $68 for a large pizza, bread sticks, and two drinks; yeah, this is the first and last visit to this place.

Went in for dinner as a family. Round Tables customer service sucked. I’m assuming by what she said was the owners daughter, she was very rude and unprofessional. She had this poor kid named Martin running in circles. She told him to finish making the pizza, then go take an order, then told him to come in the back and prep the lettuce for the salad bar. While there was another young gentleman working, he was more worried about his AirPods and being on his phone than working and just standing there he could of been helping, & she could have made sure of that. The atmosphere was very dirty. The manager or supervisor on duty should not be in that position.Very disappointed in what I encountered in the evening time. I hope the owners take some initiative in this store because many of us in the area have stopped coming and I will be one of them after last night's encounter, as I now understand why so many in the community won't support Round Table especially for the price. Its gone downhill within the last month with new hires.Kid-friendliness: Cheese Pizza, Hawaiian, Pepperoni pizza & coloring sheets

Ordered by phone. Small mix up being the order was to stay and not to go. Fountain drinks rather than bottled. This seemed to really tick off the manager(?) I, the customer, apologized (for her mistake), validated her doing several things at once AND threw a buck in the to jar. Think she could manage a sorry, a thank you, a smile??? Nope.

Stephanie is an amazing manager!! I always love coming into the store and dealing with her when I order. Food is almost on par especially when Stephanie is in the kitchen. Service 5 stars as I always deal with the GM Stephanie. Atmosphere is 2 stars as unfortunately this Round Table is a little out dated and needs a makeover. Stephanie does what she can to make the store top notch and always serving her customers/community. Unfortunately, upgrades and repairs are on the owners of the store. Highly recommend visiting twists and pizzas always taste the best. Weekly dinner spot in my family. Way to go Stephanie on your hard work in the store.
