Came here to work for a few hours. I do not understand why anyone still goes to this place! $6 for a coffee? Americans, are you serious? This is outrageous price for an average coffee.

I’ve been going to this store for 14ish years maybe more and today was the final straw for me. Freddy took my order and was a complete jerk and always is but today he yelled and fought with me at the window cause HE put in the wrong drink. I asked about their new lavender drinks and he proceeded to tell me they don’t know the drive through menus and put me in for the lavender matcha which is not what I wanted. Got to the window he handed me the drink and I kindly said this isn’t what I ordered and he yelled at me and said I asked what you wanted and got impatient. He told me to pull forward to the front and they will bring out my drink. Freddy brought it out and said here is your stupid drink. This guy is a jerk every time and from what I’m told from employees and former ones this is normal behavior and the store manager allows it by just giving him a lecture. Corporate has been contacted and so has Mayra the store manager. I used to go religiously but this may be my last visit unless Freddy is finally fired for being unprofessional

As soon as me and my family went inside...we were told the lobby was closed. No explanation, no sorry for the inconvenience. Needless to say no more of my business...
I love the people behind the counter!!!All have been so friendly!My little family moved here about a month ago from Henderson, NV for all my husband’s family. ALSO to get away from all rude & miserable people there in Henderson/Vegas.I’m that girl who gets a drink every day and I love saying good morning & thank you to employees.I would usually get a thanks or a head nod but here they always are so friendly!! One girl Bekka (I think it’s hard to read her name tag cus she’s always moving working lol) is always so sweet and such a joy!

Tall young woman with long dark hair in a ponytail. She needs to learn some customer service skills. The tall young man with blonde/white hair wasn't friendly either.

Pretty standard Starbucks experience. They have a drive through! It wasn’t too busy! The overall store was pretty clean. The bathrooms were clean! And the food came relatively fast!Wheelchair accessibility: No auto doors but a ramp for wheelchairs on sidewalks

Staff and food are great but it does get busy both in store and drive through. We've had to wait a considerable amount of time for an order, just plan accordingly lol but overall, everything about this Starbucks is good.Parking: Its a crowded little shopping "mall" since there are many places of business. Weve always been able to find parking though.

Tried to get there to do some email work and the music is always super loud. When asking to reduce it a little I got a “try to sit away from the speaker” while not even looking at me hahhahaha. Unbelievable service.
