Some of the workers at this location have major attitude problems. Claim they can’t hear you yet they have AirPods in and don’t take them out. They act like you’re bothering them when you ask basic questions. The food was fine; it was the worker's attitudes that left a bad aftertaste.

This morning I stopped at Subway and Kendra greeted me right away and worked very efficiently to finish my order and she gave me options for my Sandwich that I otherwise wouldn't have thought of. After a few bites into my "Tuna Bacon" I realized just how good my Sandwich was! I'm 30 years old and have had alot of Subway in my day but that had to of been one of the best Sandwiches I've ever had:) Thanks again Kendra and I hope you are working next time I stop in so I can enjoy another great Sandwich?

I ordered my food online went to pick it up. I got the elite chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. That bread on the sandwich was soggy, but yet the rotisserie chicken was very dry. I was very dissatisfied with my meal..

To the two lady’s and the guy working on 11/03/2023 at the 12 p.m hr you guys should be ashamed of your selves. My wife hard of hearing came in to get lunch the employees were rude judgmental and just poor quality of people. Very rude an started covering their mouths giggling aiming comments at my wife then they guy rudely threw a bunch of un wanted images onto the sub and and rudely fished the order while the two lady’s were making rude comments about my wife.Never again will we come to any subway location ever. Also the quality of the food was disgusting like it’s been sitting out for way longer then it should have been.

we came at opening wanting to indulge in a sandwich on our long road trip. we made eye contact with the employees on multiple occasions and nobody made an effort to acknowledge us or unlock the doors. we left after 10 minutes of being ignored.would not recommend
I went this place at 9.15 and both the employees was like so mad on me throwing thing loudly and didnt make my sub proper.

Terrible service I came in about 2-3 hours before closing and chairs were already up plus I received nasty service from a girl in pajama pants who also put crumbled old napkins in my bag.. dont hire immature kids makes your buisness look terrible

Tucked into the back of the large parking lot in front of Albertsons, is one of Elko's two Subways. My family and I frequently patron this subway because it's close to home and close to our grocery store, which makes eating before shopping easy. Every time I've been in this location not only is the service always super friendly, but they listen well to my order and the food is always fresh and looks good.On this day I ordered a 'Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap' with Rotisserie chicken & Provolone toasted onto the chicken and bacon. With Guacamole, Ranch, Lettuce & Spinach, Red onion, Black Olives, Pepperoncinis, dry shakers and olive oil. The wrap was wrapped up nicely and cut in half as I requested and it had a good amount of ingredients to make it nice and thicc! I always get my Jalapeño Kettle cooked chips and their drink station has a flavored sweetened Aqua Fresca that I add lemonade to.Compared to the other choices of food in this area of town, Subway is a great healthy option and this particular store is always a good and friendly.
