I stopped here after we had been on the road for 6 hours. There was quite a line of people and some of them got there sandwiches. Several of us had been in line over 10 minutes when the food servers (there were 4 of them) abruptly said that there were 4 door dash orders so it would be a bit of a wait. Twenty minutes in and still no sandwich I asked one of the girls behind the counter why one of them (remember there were 4 workers there) couldn't make sandwiches for the in store customers while the others worked on the to go orders. She rudely said to me and the others in line that their manager instructed them to make all door dash orders first before making in store orders because they had gotten a bad review that they were too slow getting door dash orders done. I literally could not believe my ears so I left. I think it's time for a new manager at this store! In the end I went next door to Costa Vida and had a delicious hand held burrito which was so much better than a subway sandwich anyway.

The employees only care about helping customers in the store. They take forever to make a to go order. It's very frustrating to sit and watch them consistently prepare sandwiches for only the dine in customers.

Food was very well prepared, but they were out of a few vegetables. Service was accommodatin, but slow. A second server came in when we were done. Subway coupons were not accepted.

Didn't have veggie patty subs and the dining area was closed about 90 minutes before the store closed. The staff member was very friendly though and let us use a booth.
We went in and there was no one there waiting to get service. We had 5 sandwiches and it took them almost 20 minutes to make them. Try didn’t cut the bread all the way so it was like eating a taco sandwich and that smushed. They seemed to be two people that haven’t been there long alone with no help of anyone who’s worked there who knows what they are doing. They didn’t have any meatballs at 5pm beginning of dinner rush! They didn’t have any onions excuse “ have had time to get back there to cut any”. Took a bite of my “taco sandwich” and all I tasted was pepper. Opened it and a thick layer of it. Just absolutely awful!

The manager has a terrible attiude. I asked her to remake a sandwich and she gave me nothing but attitude. Talking under her breath and rolling her eyes. I know mistakes happen but it was very unprofessional, especially for a manager. I believe her name is Kadence.
