I order from Tacos Las Brisas on a pretty regular basis. Today there was a little mistake, part of it was probably my error (the salsa on the side - it was how Door Dash has options) but they took care of it with no problem. We love the food and I'm very thankful for them and how they fixed things for me. I highly recommend!

Ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito that was supposed to be refried and got this??? I did know I had to specify for a bean and cheese burrito to be refried when they have refried beans as sides… won’t be going back.

Stopped off in Elko during road-trip to SF/LA. Slight detour off I-80 to the best taco/burrito food truck you’ll find anywhere.

My husband went to go get 16 breakfast burritos and take them out to the rig crews that work for him but this place was no where to be found. It was between 9-930 am. He even gave them a call and got no answer. So I highly recommend call before you drive to an empty location.

The food is good but if I ask for a little thing of salsa I should get it. But all I ever hear is it's in the burrito . Shouldn't be that big a deal to get some salsa . Also wouldn't hurt to get a smile from the guy behind the counter who's always grumpy and looks like he's got a stick of his bum Guess I won't tip anymore.

Every time I go they are so rude and I always ask if I can have extra sauce and they always say yeah but never give it to me and now they are charging me for every sauce. I’ve heard from other people they don’t do that to them so why is this happening to me?

The real deal. Outstanding carnitas burrito, the beans tender and flavorful, the pico obviously fresh and excellent. And their home-made salsa is super. I'm going back for breakfast if they're open before I leave town.

I ordered enough food for a party of 25 people on Tuesday and needed it by Friday. I had a special order of the number 32 made out of tacos for my daughters 32 birthday celebration tonight. Everything was perfect and delicious!! Thank you Las Brisas for making our party a success. Thank you !!!

It literally breaks my heart to write a, less than exemplary, review for a Taco Truck. Seeing as how food trucks are my dream, my goal and my passion in life. I seek out trucks. I love finding super good trucks with amazing food that you have to track down to eat at. It makes it feel more special when I catch them and get to eat there. That's why I've tried Las Brisas a few times now, in order to give them a chance and see if I could find an item I liked. Unfortunately I was unable. The tacos aren't anything to write home about. The meat wasn't that good. They don't come with the things you usually get like grilled onions and grilled jalapeños on the plate, or salsas or lime!? What I didn't know is you have to ask them for it as an extra, so the next time I asked for it. It didn't help. They're just not that good. Then I decided to try a "California burrito" seeing as how there were other reviews on it being good. So disappointed. First, what makes it a California burrito? There's no French fries? I guess I just don't know what really makes it "California." Plus it was actually pretty small. When someone says California burrito I imagine a huge meat, fry and guac filled beauty. This wasn't that. As much as I wanted to love this place, it just didn't hit like I was expecting.
