I order online and it always takes almost 30 minutes to get my food. I order ahead, wait almost 15 minutes to leave, then I sit in the drive through for 10-20 of my 30 minute lunch waiting for my order that's usually wrong (I pay extra for spicy, but they rarely do it anymore). I like the food when it's done right, but service is so bad that I rarely ever go anymore. Today, my husband went to pick up my order & we're pretty sure they forgot about him, then condescendingly said, "You're welcome" knowing my husband was upset over waiting 15+ minutes & guess what - my food isn't spicy like I ordered. Save your time and money and go elsewhere, honestly.

The girl behind the counter was rude. The people working in the back actually came out and told me that I can’t be standing where i was. cause I was changing my order. Everyone cooking food in the back should be fired . I will never endorse people that act like that, to everyday people paying for their food. I guess that’s what happens when a bunch of kids are running the store. Owners should take control of this place.un-real

We just left there after getting a refund for getting the wrong order. They would not fix it. The cashier was HORRIBLE. We ordered spicy teriyaki. We love that but they screwed it up.We have been back to the store twice since our disaster visit. The owner was very caring and understanding and we appreciated his deed back. All of our times there have been great. Before and since our issue with the 1 employee. Thank all of you.

Last night my husband and I went to the restaurant around 8:00 p.m. The young lady at the counter was not welcoming and seemed almost irritated that she had to wait on us. While we waited for our food, she began mopping the eating area where people were sitting. Then she pulled up the rugs by the till and door area. She shook the rugs outside of the main entrance while people were coming and going from the restaurant, she then placed them on the seating area in the front of the restaurant. I watched her pick something out of one of the rugs and toss it on the floor...then she returned to the counter and provided several customers with their orders. This included her grabbing silverware and napkins and putting them in the bag with the food. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS after shaking out those rugs or mopping. I watched her do this multiple times.

Service has gone WAY down hill. Took nearly 40 minutes to get one meal. This was before lunch rush. Only had two people ahead of me and they had single meals as well. POOR SERVICE. Too slow. Will not come back when I only get 1 hour for lunch.
