I've visited twice now, once for coffee right after they opened for the morning, and today for lunch and to hang out. Today's potato soup was amazing, and the grilled cheese was phenomenal. The soup was exactly what I wanted when I read "loaded potato soup" on the Facebook page, and I wasn't worried about waiting for it. The wait times may be a little higher, but rest assured you're getting a fresh meal from someone who cares. The owner was delighted that I loved her food and I could tell she really wanted me to have a good experience, and I did! I can't wait to go back and play games sometime ?

While I respect the reasons given for slow delivery service, I have had my fill of slow delivery service from this place. If you do not have the workers or space for efficient delivery service, you should not be on Door Dash. They have, by far, the shadiest menu on Door Dash in Elko.

Love their tea and coffee options, good prices for drinks. Friendly service, great place to play and eat finger foods/sandwiches. My favorite drink is hot, the London Fog, in the largest size.Dietary restrictions: They have lactose free options, and I'm sure if you don't eat meat, they make everything to order, so you can ask.Parking: There are places to park close to the front entrance, not a ton, but I usually have no issues.Kid-friendliness: There's stuff for kids, family, and adults. Even if you as an adult want to enjoy playing a match, I've seen people bring their children, and everyone seems not to care. I think as long as your kid knows not to get into things, it's easier as well.I would say you shouldn't bring kids to a game store if they don't know how to comprehend playing games.. that's just my opinion, though.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one level, just a curb, but I believe it dips down for wheel chair access.

My first taste of food from XP was thru Door Dash. I ordered the Leroy Jenkins burrito. It was delicious; Crispy on the outside warm, loaded and gooey with cheese on the inside. 10/10 would order again.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. This place has been our family favorite for a while. My favorite is the Cheese monster burger ? I definitely recommend it and the sidewinder fries. Everyone here are always in a great mood. And it's a fun place to be

I wanted to check this cafe out for awhile. Family invited us for dinner and games. I'm thinking this place is loaded with geeks. Wait! I am one. Not disappointed- food, atmosphere, and games were great. Where else can you get beat at Yahtzee while eating amazing grilled sandwiches? Love it. Try it.

If your into games and food go ahead and try it out. They have a big food menu and many items to choose from. Decent size for group events

Stopped by to grab a quick lunch while passing through town on a road trip. I loved the concept of a board game cafe, and it seems like a great community space. However, the guy behind the counter seemed really confused by basic questions about the menu and seemed really unsure how to prepare our food. He kept asking questions to a woman who appeared to be his manager, who was obviously irritated with being bothered each time and created a tense atmosphere. Then he proceeded to prep our food WITH HIS BARE HANDS. It took forever and though my breakfast burrito was actually pretty tasty, my husbands bowl was really gross and he didn't finish it. Would not eat here again.

Food took too long and I ordered over the phone. My fries had too much salt on them and were not fully cooked. The place seemed dead for a friday FNM. Bathrooms were not clean. Unfortunately this is the only place in town were you can play magic the gathering with the community. As we are from out of town this is something we consider to be a short coming that must be over come. We will not be returning. There are other venues in neighboring towns that I can visit with my family.

This was such an amazing find! We got blended coffees (highly recommend the butterbeer latte!), sandwhiches (there's seasoning in the bread that just took it to a whole new level), fries, and tortellini ceasar salad (a MUST). I have nothing bad to say for the food; we loved it.The owners are super friendly and have excellent customer service. They helped make recomendations for the food and chatted as we waited. It's clear this place is a labor of love. Come out and support local! If we're ever back in Elko, we are definitely coming back.Kid-friendliness: Fun food, board games to play, etc.Dietary restrictions: GF bread available. Non-dairy milks for coffee.
