The tracker indicated that my pizza had sat on the warming rack for 40 minutes. When I called to cancel the order, I was assured that the pizza was fine. It wasn't. Soggy, cold, and late. I left a big tip but the driver was surly.

My order took 2 and half hr for me to get it and when call the store manager was so rude hang up on me. If you're hungry don't waste yr time ordering food over there,they're unprofessional and so rude the store manager....very bad on costumer service.

I've repeatedly given chance after chance to Domino's and am constantly let down. Decided to order before work today and placed the order at 12:23. I had to call the store at 1:19 to check on the order as it was "preparing" for almost an hour. The lady who answered didn't say her name and sounded so unapologetic while explaining that "there were several deliveries and they had to time it out" but that "it was on the make line now and would be about another 30 minutes". I told her I needed to go into work and that it was not working for me. She offered a pizza credit. I declined and asked for a refund. An hour and a half ish for a delivery and your online time states 30-45? Wouldn't you want to keep business? Guess not. Don't go here.

My experience tonight was most pleasant. When I called for a delivery, the woman that took my order actually lifted my spirits. She was so delightful, her name is Audrey. She gets high marks from me. Thank you for hiring her. I will definitely call domino's when I want to order pizza again .

We ordered our pizza/ meal at 1:00 am to be delivered by 4: 00 pm at 4:23 we called because it STILL HAD NOT ARRIVED, WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER THIRTY MINUTES. IT'S NOW 5:18 PM AND WE HAD TO GO PICK IT UP?❗????????WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO GOOD SERVICE?❓

Ordered delivery at 11:20AM, website says 30-45 minutes. I just called at 1:00PM and was told “we only have 1 delivery driver so it will be at least another 30 minutes”- how is that acceptable?

Something is almost always missing whether it is a sauce, beverage, or actual menu item. The most recent order (10SEP23) our philly cheese steak tots were missing. We got the sauce we ordered with them, but no tots. We called because we wanted the tots rather than reward points. When the driver brought the tots (about a half hour we called--which was pretty fast) he had the audacity to say, "They weren't even a part of your order." Bud, we have the ability to check the order, and guess what... they were. Also, why the heck would we get the sauce we ordered WITH them but them not be part of the order? No impressed. I appreciate how they handled it and how quickly which is why they got 3 stars and not 1....

When I open my pizza box it look like a pile of mush. It was supposed to be deep dish. The pizza was so thin it just flopped over and the weight of the cheese pulled everything off the crust. Call the store talk to the manager Hannah!! she was rude and unprofessional. She said there can't be nothing wrong with it I made it myself lol it's always a bad experience at this establishment! The time before this the whole pizza wasn't cut and so doughy that it was unedible!! SMH

Ordered food close to a full hour before they closed and the lazy workers decided that they didn't want to do anymore work so they decided to cancel my order. Terrible service. Please make sure your staff isn't lazy. Tried to call the number of the store. And no one picked up. Y'all still had an hr before closing and decided to pull this.

Once again I got burnt food that was cold. it's been over two hours and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order since they couldn't manage to bring it all at once. Too bad they don't actually honor their pizza guarantee.
