The is the best 'Happy Hour' in Reno. This year they were under staffed. We waited in line 35 minutes prior to opening at 4PM. Seated at 4:10PM, snacks came quickly, but not the drinks. The tacos were rubbery and our first drink arrived at 4:40PM. This was the first time in 10 years or more that everything was not excellent.
Casual and VERY Good food, Service was attentive BUT VERY ODD to the point of annoyance! The waiter must have said "my dear lady" and "my sir" at least 30 times during the course of the meal. Have never had a waiter that I found SO annoying, again service was good except for the quirk. Would definitely retunr and would relocate tables to avoid this waiter.

I do a lot of traveling; me and my wife, and it's a privilege to meet a great waiter that made us feel 100% comfortable dining at this restaurant. So hopefully somebody will read this review because your server was EXCELLENT. Not only In speech, but in hospitality as well.
